中文摘要：	我国股份制商业银行在成立后短暂的近二十年间快速发展，己成为我国金融组织体系中一支重要的生力军和最具活力的主体。通过对股份制商业银行营销环境分析和SWOT分析发现，当前经济体系中的产业结构、企业的融资结构、居民的消费结构、社会的财富结构以及银行业的市场结构等都正在发生着重大而深刻的变化，股份制商业银行面临资本市场的快速发展和监管对于资本约束刚性化的巨大压力和国有商业银行、外资银行的激烈竞争。如果不能审时度势，及时制定和实施有效的综合经营战略，股份制商业银行将难以在竞争中立足。随着国有商业银行股份制改革进程的快速推进，中国通过WTO进一步融入全球经济，外国金融资本对国内金融市场的影响与日俱增，股份制商业银行所面临的竞争格局己经发生了重大而深刻的变化。如何审时度势，正确认识自身在竞争中所处的地位，寻求竞争优势，制定并有效实施成功的综合经营战略，从而实现自身的持续发展，是摆在每一家股份制商业银行面前的现实课题和迫切任务。 本文的写作目的是通过环境分析、相关战略问题探讨和案例比较分析，深入挖掘股份制商业银行综合经营转型这一新的课题，为银行业经营管理实践提供参考，期望最终达到推动股份制商业银行综合经营转型这一进程的根本目的。 本文使用的研究方法有环境分析法、比较分析法、案例分析法，采用了谈话、阅读文献、实地考察等手段。 本文得出结论，股份制商业银行应该利用现在经营环境的有利条件，化环境压力为内在动力，切实抓紧综合经营转型的进程，将此作为取得更大竞争优势的有力契机，尽可能未雨绸缪，在可能的经济危机到来之前做大做强，增加生存和发展优势。
英文摘要：	During almost twenty years rapidly development after our stock system commercial banks being founded , they become one important fresh activists and the main body having most vigour of our country finance organization system. Through camp pin environment analysis and SWOT analysis,we find that significant but deep change happened in industrial set-ups in current economic setup , the enterprise financing structure , resident's consuming structure , society's wealth and the banking market structure etc. all in course of , the stock system commercial bank is confronted with the capital market developing rapidly and the restrain enormous stiffness-rization oversees pressure to capital and state-owned commercial bank and the foreign bank’s cut-throat competition. If being not able to size up the situation , work out in time and being put into effect is an effective, the stock system commercial bank will be difficult to keep a foothold on competition. Move forward with the fact that state-owned commercial bank stock system reforms, China enters the whole world economy by WTO , impact of foreign finance capital over in the homeland financial market increases with each passing day , significant but deep change happened in compet for a pattern confronted with by stock system commercial bank. How to sizing up the situation, correctly knowing that oneself competitive position, working out and puting successful synthetical management strategy into practice, realizes self's sustained development thereby , is to lay bare the real problem and urgent mission before every stock system commercial bank.
