中文摘要: | 在当今全球化的背景下,如何利用好国际和国内两种资源,使中国图书走出去,成为出版界关注的焦点问题。版权输出是中国出版业走出去的重要的方式,同时也是文化交流和输出的重要途径。在中国加入WTO之后,随着版权贸易的空前活跃,国家先后出台了一系列鼓励文化产品出口和针对出版物“走出去”的政策,各出版集团和出版单位都在积极探索“走出去”的道路。随着自身60多年的发展和国际交流需求的不断增强,国际书展作为国际图书贸易和出版业界交流的平台,已成为出版业中较为重要的组成部分。国际书展在促进版权贸易和业界交流方面的作用,已得到各国出版界的认可;同时,由于图书是文化知识的载体,国际书展也起着文化展示和交流的功能,这使其得到了很多国家和地区政府的重视。关注国际书展,对国际书展进行系统性地梳理和研究,能够加深业界对版权贸易的理解和分析,进一步推进中国出版“走出去”进程,将中国出版推向全世界,向世界展示中国文化的魅力。 文章分析了国际书展在促进我国版权输出中的重要作用,并提出如何更好地利用国际书展这一方式促进我国的版权输出。全文分五大部分:第一部分作为研究的基础知识,介绍了本文的研究背景,研究综述及研究方法;第二部分主要分析了国际书展对版权输出的影响,分别阐述了为什么要进行版权输出,为什么能通过国际书展进行版权输出和怎样通过国际书展进行版权输出,以此来明确国际书展和版权输出之间的密切关系以及国际书展的重要性;第三部分重点从构成要素、组织流程和活动策划三个方面来论述国际书展的运营模式;第四部分立足国内,以法兰克福书展和北京国际图书博览会为个案研究的对象,参照国际书展的一般模式,分别总结目前我国在参展和办展过程中存在的问题,并从政府、行业协会和出版企业多个层面探讨利用国际书展来促进版权输出的对策;第五部分提出本文的结论,指出论文的不足和今后研究的方向。 | |
英文摘要: | In today’s context of globalization, how to make good use of international and domestic resources, and realize “going out” strategy have become the focus issue for the publishing industry. Copyright output is not only an important way to “going out” strategy, but also an important means of cultural exchange. Since China joining the WTO, within the dynamic development of copyright trade, our country has issued a series of encouraging cultural exports policy, and the publishing group and presses are actively exploring the road of "going out". International Book Fair, as an international book trade and communication platform for publishing industry, has played an important role in publishing industry, with its 60 years of development and growing demand for international exchange. It not only has been recognized by national publication in promoting copyright trade and communicating, but also attracts many countries and regional government’ attention for its function of cultural exchange. Put focus on the International Book Fair and systematically research it, we can advance the "going out" process to show the world the charm of Chinese culture. This paper analyzes the significance of international book fair and tries to make better use of it to promote copyright output in five parts. The first part introduces the research background, literature review and research methods; The second part analyses the impact of International Book Fair to copyright output: respectively, to explain why we should output the copyright, why International Book Fair can promote copyright output and how to promote it through the International Book Fair, in order to clear out the relationship and significance of International Book Fair and copyright; The third part discusses International Book Fair's operating model by organizational processes, elements and activities; Part IV takes Frankfurt Book Fair and Beijing International Book Fair as case study and discusses how to make good use of international book fairs to promote copyright exports at home and overseas; The last part proposes the conclusions of this paper, and indicates the shortcomings and future research directions. | |
