中文摘要:改革开发以来,尤其是中国加入WTO后,中国经济快速发展,各国的经济联系越来越紧密。经济全球化、经营国际化成为了一种必然。为求得更大的生存空间、获得更大的发展,很多中国企业走上了国际化的道路。 战略是企业保持持续发展的基础和前提,是企业自我认识和自身发展的定位与选择,是企业发展目标和发展方向的定位。因此对于国际化的企业来说,国际化战略的成功与否,是关系到企业能否成功国际化的关键。面对日益复杂的国际环境和竞争环境,企业要想求得好的生存和发展,不是一件容易的事情。二十多年来,中国很多的企业大胆的走出国门,实施国际化战略,但由于缺乏对于国际化战略的真正理解,盲目多于理智、迷信多于科学决策,因此在国门之外屡屡受挫,非但没有能够真正成功的国际化,反而损坏了在国内企业的根基,最终使企业奄奄一息或者走向倒闭。中国企业国际化战略该如何选择?如何制定?如何实施?如何保证呢?这些问题是任何一个准备国际化或者正在国际化的公司要回答和面对的问题。 华为技术有限公司(简称华为公司或者华为)是中国最早进行国际化战略实施的公司之一。从1996年开始,华为公司在国际化的道路上经历了屡战屡败、屡败屡战的艰难历程。今天的华为,在国际化进程中,取得了一些突破,获得了国际化的骄人成绩,成为了名副其实的国际化公司。但是,华为公司在最核心、也是竞争最激烈的国际电信市场,如美国市场,还没有真正突破。如今国内外电信市场的竞争日益加剧,摆在华为公司面前的将是一条更加艰辛的路。要想取得最后的成功,华为公司需要总结过去国际化过程中的经验,为下一步国际化战略的实施做好准备。 论文通过理论与实践分析相结合的方式进行论述。论文共分六章,第一章绪论部分,介绍研究背景与方法;第二章回顾了战略、企业国际化经营的相关理论;第三章介绍了华为的基本情况,分析了其面临的国际化环境;第四、第五章从华为的国际化战略选择、国际化战略的实施等方面对华为国际化战略过程进行分析;第六章是结论部分,陈述主要结论与创新,不足与后续研究方向。 关键词:华为公司;通信技术;国际化战略 
英文摘要:Since the reform development, particularly after China has joined WTO, Chinese economy develops very fast, various countries' economical relation is getting more and more close. The economic globalization and the management international turn into for one kind of necessity. In order to obtain a bigger existing space, to obtain a bigger development, many Chinese enterprises have stepped onto the internationalization path. The enterprise’ strategy is the foundation and the premise which maintains the enterprise sustained development, it is the enterprise knows himself and own development’s localization and choice, also is the enterprise’s development goal and the development direction localization. Therefore regarding the internationalization enterprise, the international strategy success or not, is the key which relates the enterprise internationalization success or not. Facing complex international environment of competition, it is not an easy matter that enterprise wants to obtain a good survival and rapid development. Since more than 20 years, many Chinese enterprises go out the entrance to the country, to implementation internationalization strategy. But because lacks true understanding to the international strategy, the superstition to be more than the macro-scientific policy-making blindly, therefore suffers setbacks repeatedly outside the entrance to a country, not only does not have the internationalization which can succeed truly, instead has damaged in Domestic enterprise's foundation, these causes the enterprise to suffocate or the trend goes out of business finally. How should the Chinese Enterprise internationalization strategy choose? How to formulate? How to implement? How to guarantee? These questions are the problem need to reply and to face for any company which preparation internationalization or internationalizing. Huawei is one of the most early internationalization strategy implementation companies in China. Since 1996, Huawei has experienced the difficult course success and failure repeated setbacks. Today's Huawei, has made some breakthroughs in the internationalization advancement, has become the internationalization company which is worthy of the reputation. But, Huawei did not have the true breakthrough in the most important and the most intense international telecommunication market, especially in American market. With the telecommunication market competition's day-by-day aggravating, Huawei will face a more difficult road. If Huawei want to obtain the final success, it needs to summarize the internationalization process experience in the past, and prepared for the next step international strategy's implementation. This thesis unifies through the theory and the practice analysis carries on the elaboration. The thesis is divided six chapters: Chapter one introduction research background and method. The second chapter reviewed strategic, the enterprise internationalization management correlation theories; The third chapter introduced Huawei’s history and situation faced, analyzed the international environment which it faces; The Fourth and the fifth chapter analysis Huawei’s international strategy process from international strategy aspects, strategy choice, international strategy's implementation and guarantee; The last chapter is the conclusion part, it gives the main conclusion and the innovation, in this chapter it also refer to the insufficiency and the following research direction about the thesis.
