| 中文摘要： | 在经济全球化的过程中，企业要想获得稳定的发展，并巩固自己在行业中的地位，经常会面临各种各样的问题与挑战。为了解决企业在运营过程中所出现的问题，并加强自己的核心竞争力，就必须不断地进行技术创新，而处于网络时代，社会资本则是影响一个企业技术创新能力的重要因素。 本文首先阐述了产业网络、社会资本以及技术创新三个大理论，然后对社会资本和技术创新的关系进行综述。通过对文献的梳理，来了解现在国内外研究的方向，从而明确本文的思路。 接着本文对社会资本的模型进行了分析，将社会资本划分为直接影响和间接影响，用相关指标来衡量这两个影响因素，并用专利来表示技术创新，建立社会资本和技术创新的模型。然后本文以中国3G产业网络为例，通过搜集的数据，用SPSS统计软件和UCINET社会网络分析软件来分析社会资本和技术创新的关系。 最后通过对前面的分析进行总结，本文认为社会资本对技术创新有促进作用，同时对一些不足进行剖析。 本文的创新之处在于把社会资本对企业的影响的结构性维度归结为间接影响，而把关系型维度和认知维度划分为直接影响，从而很好的度量了一个企业的社会资本。在对理论进行实际分析时本文使用了3G产业网络，并引入了带权重网络的概念，对社会资本对企业的直接影响和间接影响进行衡量。 | |
| 英文摘要： | During the process of economic globalization，Enterprises will often have to face all kinds of problems and challenges to get stable development and reinforce their positions in the industry. In order to solve problems in enterprise operation and improve the core competitiveness, enterprises must persevere in technical innovation. While in the age of internet, society capital has important influence on the innovation ability of the enterprise. In this paper, we first discuss the industry network，society capital & technical innovation and the relationship between society capital & techinical innovation, and acquaint ourself with the fashion of the research community by literature review. Then the model of society capital is analysed. We divide society captical into two kinds of direct impact and indirect, and measure these two factors by relevance indicators, uitilizing patent to denote technical innovation to build the model of society capital & technical innovation. In the next section, we take China 3G industry network as an example to analyse the relationship between society capital & techinical innovation by using SPSS & UCINET. Finally, a summary is given and the conclusion is drawn that society capital have positive impact to technical innovation. The innovation of this paper is classifying the impact of society capital to an enterprise into an indirect one, and the dimension of relationship & cognition to a direct one, so we have an enterprise’s society capital well measured. We utilize the 3G industry network to perform practical analyse on the theoretical model, and the weighed network is introduced to measure the direct & indirect impact of society capital to an enterprise. | |
