中文摘要：	本文以转型经济下中国创业企业的行为特征及其转变为研究主题，将制度理论视角运用到创业研究中，借用创业研究中创业导向五维度概念，全面地、结构化地刻画了转型经济下创业企业的行为特征及其转变。本文认为传统的创业研究忽视了创业所处的制度情境，而且对转型经济下的创业现象关注得不够。由于转型经济存在着独特的制度情境，本文从制度视角来观测转型经济下企业独特的创业行为。进一步地，本文认为可以借鉴成熟的创业导向维度概念，结合制度创业，以创业导向五维度为着眼点，描述中国创业企业的行为特征。 首先，本文将中国转型经济分为三个阶段，分别描述了转型经济各个阶段的制度特征，并探讨了推动转型经济制度向前演化的动因。本文认为在转型经济时期，中国的经济制度经历了由计划经济制度向市场经济制度转变的过程，制度环境具有不确定性、动荡性和不完整性的特征。其次，在此制度情境下，中国企业的创业行为不仅表现为制度框架内的商业创业，同时还表现为突破原有制度框架、创建新制度框架的制度创业。制度创业为商业创业提供了良好的制度秩序，推动了商业创业的扩展，从而间接创造了经济租金。最后，不管是服从于原有制度框架约束的商业创业，还是突破原有制度框架约束的制度创业，都表明转型经济下的创业者和经济制度之间存在着互动，这种互动下的中国创业企业，将会表现出独特的行为特征。本文借鉴创业导向五维度概念，从五个方面描述了包括商业创业和制度创业在内的中国创业活动的行为特征及其转变。 本文从制度视角来考察中国转型经济下创业企业的行为特征，是制度理论研究、转型经济研究、创业企业行为特征研究的一个交汇研究。从制度视角来观察中国转型经济下创业企业的行为特征，将有助于深入理解中国情境下的制度与创业活动的关系；所识别出来的创业企业行为特征，又为丰富创业导向五维度的概念内涵提供了启发。在中国转型经济下，考察创业者与经济制度的互动，对制度理论中关于制度进化的研究也具有一定的启示。
英文摘要：	The traditional entrepreneurship research is mostly western-based and understandings on the dimensions of entrepreneurship in transition economies are largely inadequate. Since the transition economies such as China have unique institutional characteristics, applying an institutional approach to the entrepreneurship research, specifically, research on entrepreneurial orientation (EO) in China, this paper presents a comprehensive and structured analysis of the behavioral characteristics of Chinese business ventures during institutional transitions. Drawing on the mature concept of entrepreneurial orientation developed in the West, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the EO and institutional entrepreneurship in Chinese start-ups during institutional transitions. First, this paper divides the Chinese institutional transition into three stages, and describes the institution characteristics of each stage. It also discusses the rationale and evolution of institutional change as transitions progressed over time. During the transitional periods, China has undergone the process of institution transition from a planned economy system to a market economy system, and institutional environment shows uncertainty, volatility and incompleteness characteristics. Second, under these institutional contexts, the Chinese enterprises not only undertake commercial entrepreneurship within the existing institutional framework, but also engage in institutional entrepreneurship to break through existing institutional frameworks and creating new institutional frameworks. Institution entrepreneurship provides an institutional framework for commercial entrepreneurship, and promotes the expansion of commercial business, thus creates economic rent indirectly. Third, as whether to conform to the existing institutional constraint or break through the existing institutional framework by creating new institutions it indicates that there is interaction between entrepreneurs and institutions, under which the Chinese business ventures demonstrate the unique behavior characteristics. Referring to the five dimensions of EO, this paper describes the characteristics of entrepreneurial activities with transition goes by. This article attempts to analyze the behavioral characteristics of Chinese business ventures in the period of institutional transitions. It is an intersectional research of the institution theory, transitional economies and entrepreneurship. Observing the behavioral characteristics of Chinese start-ups from the institution perspective, it helps us to get a better understanding of the entrepreneurial activities of Chinese ventures. In turn, the identified characteristics of entrepreneurial behavior provide important inspiration to enrich the connotation of the five dimensions of EO. By investigating the interaction between entrepreneurs and institutions, this paper also generates implications for the research of institutional evolution in a transitional stages
