| 中文摘要: | 供应链管理这一新型的管理理念自20世纪80年代产生之后,在制造业就得到了较多的关注和应用。然而,这一先进的新型管理工具在旅游业尤其是会议旅游产业的应用还较少。 本文首先回顾了旅游供应链管理和会议旅游的相关研究成果,在此基础上指出了研究会议旅游供应商合作关系的意义所在。第二章和第三章是本文的理论基础部分,分别介绍了供应商合作关系和会议旅游的相关理论,指出正是由于会议旅游市场供需矛盾对与会者满意度的影响,才使得会议旅游供应商之间建立紧密的合作关系对保证会议旅游产品的整体质量及提高与会者的满意度至关重要,而与会者的满意又是专业会议主办商争取到会议举办权的前提条件之一。 第四章是本文的实证研究部分,通过问卷调查的方式,得出了会议旅游供应商各因素影响与会者满意度的重要程度的排名表,并且发现了一个值得日后深入研究的方向,即不同的与会者类型对会议旅游供应商因素的重视程度是有所不同的,因此日后的研究应该在细分与会者类型的基础上进行深入探讨。接下来在实证研究的基础上第五章首先对专业会议主办商选择和管理合作伙伴提出了建议,其次对各单个会议旅游供应商面向与会者的经营以及他们之间合作的内容和层次上都提出了一些初步的建议。 本文在研究过程中,综合运用了理论演绎和问卷调查等研究方法。在旅游供应链合作关系和会议旅游领域理论回顾的基础上,基于与会者满意的视角进行了问卷调查,最后对各个会议旅游供应商之间合作关系的建立提出了建议,旨在对会议旅游供应商合作关系的发展提供一些借鉴,以使其在激烈的会议旅游市场竞争中获得竞争优势,在旅游市场中这块含金量高的会议旅游细分市场上占据一席之地。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As a new management philosophy, supply chain management was advanced in the 1980s. Since then, it has been successfully put into application in the manufacturing industry. However, this new advanced management tool has not been applied in the tourism industry much, in particular the conference tourism sector. This thesis first reviewed the related research on tourism supply chain relationship and conference tourism, and then on this basis, the thesis pointed out that the cooperation between the specialized conference planners and the conference tourism suppliers is very important. Chapter II and chapter III are the theoretical basis of this thesis, introducing the theories about the supply chain relationships and conference tourism respectively. The theories pointed out that since the inconsistency between the demand and the supply of the conference tourism, the cooperation among the conference tourism suppliers is essential to the conference delegates’ satisfaction. On the other hand the conference delegates’ satisfaction is one of the prerequisites for the specialized conference planners to host the conference. The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of this thesis. By way of questionnaires it obtained the list of the importance of the conference tourism suppliers’ factors which affect the satisfaction of the delegates, and also found one aspect which is worth future in-depth study, that is different types of delegates attached different level of significance to the factors of the conference tourism suppliers. Therefore the future research should be carried out on the basis of the certain type of delegates. Next, on the basis of the empirical research in chapter Ⅳ, chapter Ⅴ proposed some suggestions on the selection and management of partners for the specialized conference planners. Then it also made some preliminary recommendations on the individual conference tourism supplier and the cooperation among them. In this thesis different methods are adopted, for example, the theory review method, the questionnaire method and so on. On the basis of the theoretical review of the tourism supply chain relationship and the conference tourism, the thesis carried out a questionnaire survey which meant to obtain the information about the delegates’ satisfaction. Finally the thesis made some pieces of advice for the cooperation among the conference tourism suppliers. This thesis hopes to provide some guidance for the conference planners and the conference tourism suppliers, so that they can gain a competitive edge in the fierce competition of the conference tourism market. | |
