中文摘要：	随着知识经济时代的到来，“知识”已经取代“资本”成为财富的“源泉”，创新成为提高国家和企业核心竞争力的主要途径。为了提高企业的自主创新能力，我国需要建立一种面向创新的项目导向型企业。根据国际最新研究结果证明，这种新型企业是创新型国家和面向知识经济的项目导向型国家的基本单元。但是，目前我国企业的组织结构现状并不满足这种新型企业要求。 因此，该论文对项目导向型企业的组织结构展开了深入地研究。首先，该论文采用文献分析法对组织结构理论进行了综述，通过分析发现现有的组织结构主要面向日常经营，不能满足知识经济提出的面向创新的要求，因此，论文展开了对项目导向型企业基本理论的概括和总结。此后，论文对项目导向型企业的独特性进行了分析，分析主要从三个方面展开，即经营业务的对特性、经营环境的独特性和组织结构的独特性，其中组织结构的独特性是指项目导向型企业独特的经营业务和经营环境对这种组织的独特性要求。在对项目导向型企业独特性进行分析之后，论文展开了项目导向型企业组织结构的需求分析，分析项目导向型企业的组织结构需要满足那些组织结构方面的功能。在此基础上，作者根据前人的研究成果，编制和设计了一般项目导向型企业的组织结构模式。随之，论文又对中国企业的组织结构进行了独特性分析，并给出了适合中国国情的项目导向型企业组织结构模式。最后，论文采用案例分析法，选取天津市某工程咨询公司作为研究对象，对论文的研究成果进行了初步验证。
英文摘要：	With the coming of the age of knowledge economy, the knowledge becomes the resource of the fortune instead of the capital, and innovation becomes the main path to improve the core competence and strengths of both the country and the company. In order to improve the ability of independent innovation, our county needs to develop project-oriented company (POC) that facilitate the activity of innovation. According to the result of recent international research, this type of company is the basic cell of the innovative country as well as the project-oriented county. But at present, the organization structure of our country’s companies can’t live up to the need of this new type of company. Therefore, this thesis studies the organization structure of POC deeply. First of all, this thesis summarizes the basic theory of organization structure, and found out that the existing organization structure is designed for the daily work but the creation which can’t meet the requirement of the knowledge economy. So the theory of POC is collected and studied. Then, the analysis of the character of the POC is spread out in three aspects including the business, environment and the organization structure. The character of the POC’ organization structure refers to the special need of the business and environment for the organization structure. After that, the analysis of the need of the organization structure is carried out which discuss the function that the organization structure must have. Based on this, the author workout an organization structure model for the usual POC with the help of existing fruit of this field, and then the specialty of the organization structure of China’s companies is analyzed and a model special for them is given out. At last, an engineer consultant company in TianJin was chose for analyzed in order to validate the result of this thesis.
