中文摘要：	本文以外资的制造型企业飞思卡尔中国半导体有限公司为例，通过对其新 一代生产设备引进项目的计划、实施与完成全过程的分析和论述，探讨了在大 型制造型企业设备的开发与引进过程中，如何引进先进的项目管理理念，应用 项目管理，项目评估等等的工具和方法，以保证项目的顺利实施和完成。全文 总体上可以分为七个主要部分： 首先，本文简要地回顾了项目管理的相关概念和理论，并对我国以及世界 范围内的项目管理发展和应用情况做了对照和分析。在此基础上，着重对我国 制造型企业中项目管理的应用，不足以及发展趋势作了较为详细地介绍，为飞 思卡尔公司生产设备引进的案例奠定了理论基础。 本文的第三章到第五章，对飞思卡尔公司的生产设备引进项目作了全面地 分析与介绍。 第三章主要介绍了飞思卡尔项目的背景和基本情况，通过和其他项目的对 比着重分析了该项目的独特性和所面临的问题。 第四章主要从可行性分析的角度，对飞思卡尔公司的设备引进项目进行了 环境，要求，实施等等各方面，各角度的剖析，以论证其立项的可行性。 文章的第五章，主要对该项目的过程管理方法和具体内容加以分析，由项 目阶段的划分纵向深入到项目的决策与计划方法，项目的实施与控制方法以及 项目的完工与交付等等。 第六章从项目后评估的环节，对项目的前评估以及实施阶段决策进行了检 验和评价，并对项目的持续发展做出规划。 最后，在第七章中对文章的主要结论和创新点进行了总结，同时对整个方 案的不足和缺陷加以指出和适当分析，另外，对此类项目的进一步研究方向和 应用前景加以展望。
英文摘要：	Thesis gave a brief introduction to the application of project management in foreign manufacturing investment. By analyzing the implementation and completion of project management in Freescale Semi-conductor Co. Ltd, the thesis discussed how to introduce advanced project managing concept, apply theories of project management and project evaluation so as to ensure the success of the project in the process of the development and introduction large-scale manufacturing enterprise. The thesis first briefly reviewed the theory of project management, and compared the development and application of project management in China and worldwide. Emphasis was put on the application, disadvantages as well as the development of the project management in domestic enterprises, which set basis for the case of Freescale Semi-conductor Co. Ltd’s equipment introduction. Chapter 3 to Chapter 6 has thoroughly described and analyzed production equipment introduction project. Chapter 3 has introduced the background of the equipment introduction project in Freescale Semi-conductor Co. Ltd. By comparing it with the domestic project of the same kind, the thesis emphasized on the uniqueness and problems confronted. Chapter 4 demonstrated the feasibility of equipment introduction project in Freescale Semi-conductor Co. Ltd., as viewed from the environment, requirements and implementation. Analysis of the process management was presented in Chapter 5, and this Chapter also include of how to manage the plan and decision making of a project, how to do the project control and implement . By the post-evaluation after project actualization, the Chapter 6 checkup and verified the pre-evaluation and the decision-making during the project actualization, then summarized solutions for future developing . The thesis finally summarized the main conclusions and innovations. In addition, the author proposed future development and prospect of equipment introduction project.
