| 中文摘要: | 2010年是中国盐业总公司新一轮“两步走”战略的开局年,更是中国盐业改革方案正式推出的关键一年。作为中盐总公司控股的中盐天津长芦盐业有限公司,自成立以来,按照国家有关法规政策和公司章程,在天津地区从事食盐专营及盐化产品经营活动,承担着天津市18个区县近1000万人口的加碘食盐供应和居民消除碘缺乏病的政治任务,面对国家盐业政策改革和产业市场环境变化,长芦盐业公司如何审视和调整企业经营发展战略,以应对市场环境变化,把握机遇,迎接挑战,进而立足于主体多元化的盐市博奕主战场。 本论文运用PEST环境分析方法、迈克尔.波特竞争五力分析理论、SWOT分析矩阵,对关键的内外部因素中的机会、威胁、优势、弱点进行综合评价,提出了中盐长芦盐业有限公司的战略选择方案—龙头防御战略,其核心是保持现有市场地位的阵地防御战略;多元化发展战略,主要是指非盐产品/非盐经济;品牌战略的保护和实施,尤其针对多元化发展战略的多品牌战略。同时,明确了市场的区域定位和顾客定位,提出了长芦盐业公司五年战略经济目标和政治目标。 在分析基础上制定了长芦盐业公司的具体战略实施步骤,引入了平衡积分卡管理,从财务角度、客户角度、流程角度和学习成长角度加强公司的规划和管理。本文把战略团队建设也提到了战略的重要地位,对配套的企业文化建设和信息化建设也明确提出了目标和要求。 本文提出的战略分析与实施方法不仅有助于长芦盐业公司在盐业体制改革趋势下提高核心竞争优势,进而在市场上立于不败之地;同时也有助于长芦盐业公司在大环境下积极响应中盐总公司建设现代中盐,创造美好生活,定位以盐为源,建设绿色中盐,为恪尽社会责任,提高国民整体健康水平做贡献。 | |
