中文摘要: | 海河对于天津这座中国北方最大的工商业和港口城市而言,无疑是一条收藏历史积淀,装载无数过去的河流。它不仅赋予了天津特有的文化张力,同时也标志着天津的文化走向与魅力。天津海河的规划开发,营造了新的自然、生态和社会环境,极大地促进了整个海河区域社会、经济环境的改善,使海河区域成为繁荣昌盛的新的经济带。当今社会旅游已经成为一项世界性的重要经济文化活动。饱经风霜的海河经过治理,必将重新焕发生机,对天津城市的经济文化发展发挥极其重要的作用。充分利用其文化象征意义,深入挖掘文化功能,开发旅游资源,为经济建设和构建和谐社会服务。 海河对天津城市发展和经济文化的繁荣发挥了很大的作用,积淀深厚的海河文化已经成为天津地域文化中不可分割的重要组成部分。天津历史文化旅游资源丰富,城市旅游的开发更多的注重对于近代文化的挖掘,然而其定位的战略偏差导致城市旅游形象模糊,难以突出天津城市现代文明特色,在市场上未形成强烈共鸣,缺乏具有竞争优势的拳头性旅游品牌。客观全面地分析海河天津段的规划开发,充分发挥其旅游功能,对天津旅游经济发展,城市形象重塑,提高城市旅游竞争力方面有着重要意义,是天津旅游实施可持续发展战略的重要保障。 基于以上考虑,本文试图将城市旅游竞争力相关理论应用于海河旅游资源规划开发中,构建海河旅游开发体系,打造拳头性旅游品牌,提高天津城市旅游竞争力。本文结构由五章构成: 第一章是导论部分。在对海河资源及其城市旅游竞争力研究现状进行归纳和分析的基础上,提出本文选题的理论和现实意义,并说明本文的研究方法和行文框架。 第二章是相关理论基础。对城市旅游的相关概念进行了界定,并对其核心理念比较优势理论、竞争优势理论进行了深入的阐述与分析,为后文海河旅游资源开发在天津城市旅游竞争力提升中所发挥的功能作用奠定了理论基础。 第三章是天津城市旅游发展现状分析。通过在对城市旅游竞争力影响因素深入分析的基础上,指出天津在发展城市旅游方面所欠缺的要素,进而引出目前天津城市旅游发展亟需打造特色旅游品牌,彰显其深厚文化底蕴与国际化大都市魅力。 第四章为本文的核心部分。对海河旅游资源规划现状的分析,对其资源特征认真梳理,运用竞争力相关理论,探讨其与天津城市旅游竞争力的关系,分别从城市旅游形象、城市旅游品牌打造、城市旅游经济、城市旅游环境四个角度分析海河旅游资源开发对天津城市旅游竞争力的提升作用。 第五章阐述了海河旅游资源规划开发中存在的问题及模式构建,分别从“政府主导”—提升竞争力保障;“开发特色产品”—提升竞争力关键;“资源开发措施”—提升竞争力途径;“可持续发展”—提升竞争力基础四个方面来分析。四个方面相互作用,形成立体式的基于天津城市旅游竞争力提升的海河旅游资源开发模式。 结论部分是对上述论述进行总结,同时指出本文研究的不足和有待进一步深入的问题。 | |
英文摘要: | Haihe River is a collection of historical factors, loading numerous rivers in the past to the city of Tianjin which is the largest business city in the north of China. It not only gives a unique cultural tension of Tianjin, marks the cultural trend and charm. The planning and development of Haihe River has brought about the new natural environment, the ecological environment, and the production environment, and has made the entire Haihe River area’s social and economic environment better. The river, which plays an important role in the development of the city’s economy and culture, would get new vitality. Nowadays tourism has become a worldwide important cultural economic activity. Through the management, Haihe River will certainly revitalized and play a very important role in the economic and cultural development in Tianjin. We should make full use of its cultural symbolism and explore its tourist resource which helps for developing economy and building a harmonious society. The river has played a significant role in the urban development and the prosperous of the economic and culture of Tianjin, the profound Haihe River cultural has become an integral part of its regional culture. Tianjin has rich historical and cultural tourist resources and its development of urban tourism emphasizes on the mining of modern culture. However, the strategic positioning error caused its tourism image fuzzy, and the characteristics of modern civilization in Tianjin were not highlighted. Also the market has not formed a strong resonance. And shortage of blockbuster fist tourist brand made Tianjin uncompetitive. Analyzing the planning and developing of Haihe River in Tianjin comprehensively and objectively,displaying the river tourism function would be the crucial safeguard for sustainable development of Tianjin. According to these considerations, this thesis tries to have ideas and methods of competitive power of urban tourism used to the planning and developing of Haihe River,constructing the Haihe River tourism development system which provides new ideals for the improvement of Tianjin tourism competitive power. The thesis is composed of five chapters: The first chapter concludes the analysis of the Haihe river resources and the competitive power of urban tourism study, illuminates the academic and realistic significance of this selected theme, and shows the research methods and frame. The second chapter analyzes the concepts of urban tourism, and focuses on the theory of comparative advantage and competitive advantage. These aspects above are theory basis of the corresponding system to construct. The third chapter analyzes the factors which influence the competitive power of urban tourism and points out the lack of elements of Tianjin in the development of urban tourism. The fourth chapter which is the core of the thesis analyzes the situation of Haihe River tourist resources and expands the theoretical framework in the course of the study bu discussing the connection between Haihe River tourism development and competitive power of urban tourism. The last chapter analyzes the problems and builds a model for advancing the planning and developing of Haihe River tourist resources. Epilogue summarizes the above contents, and point out the insufficiencies of the research and issues that should be discussed further. | |
