| 中文摘要: | 饭店通常被认为是旅游产业中高消费的场所,它们要为消费者提供舒适的居住环境和细致入微的服务,这就需要消耗大量的能源、水和非耐用品等资源,同时向水、空气、土壤等排放污染。于是,旅游饭店经营对环境的影响不可低估。 上世纪八十年代,世界上一些发达国家开始关注住宿业对环境的影响,并着力解决住宿业的发展与环境保护之间的矛盾,并提出了饭店环境管理理论。 绿色饭店是以饭店环境管理理论为基础提出的。从根本上说,两者是相通的,均提倡在饭店建设和经营管理过程中,坚持以节约资源、保护环境为理念,以节能降耗和促进环境和谐为经营管理行动内容,为消费者创造更加安全、健康的服务。 我国创建绿色饭店的实践受到诸多因素影响。其中,消费者绿色消费的态度和行为是绿色饭店创建重要影响因素。本文正是以饭店和消费者的供需互动关系为视角,探讨我国绿色饭店创建问题。 全文分四个部分。第一章叙述了问题提出的背景,并梳理了国内外学者对饭店环境管理及绿色饭店的研究成果,尤其对饭店在进行环境管理过程中处理与消费者关系及消费者绿色消费做了重点介绍。第二章首先指出文章的理论基础:可持续发展理论、绿色饭店和绿色消费的理论。其次,说明在绿色饭店创建理念下饭店和消费者的供需互动关系以及涉及的主要利益相关者。再次,说明供需互动关系在绿色饭店创建过程中的具体体现。第三章通过面对面访问调查,得知目前我国饭店中消费者的绿色消费意识和消费习惯,以及饭店在引导消费者绿色消费的成就和不足。并且,分析指出在供需互动关系下绿色饭店创建的主要障碍因素。第四章提出树立以消费者价值为基础、饭店企业承担更多社会责任、供需双向沟通的绿色饭店创建模式。最后为全文的总结,指出文章的结论及今后的研究方向。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Hotels are generally considered as high consumption places in the tourist industry ,for they must provide consumers comfortable living environment and meticulous service , which spends a lot of energy, water and other non-durable goods.As a result, the influence of tourist hotels operating on the environment should not be underestimated. In the eighties of last century, some developed countries in the world started to pay attention to the environmental impact of the lodging industry, and took efforts to solve the contradiction between development and environmental protection,also proposed hotel environmental management theory . Green Hotel is based on the theory of environmental management theories. Fundamentally speaking, the two are interlinked, both to promote conserving resources and protecting the environment in the process of hotel construction and management, to save energy and promote environmental harmony management action, to create a more safety, health service for consumers.There are many factors in the practice of creating green hotels in our country. Among them, consumers’ attitude and behavior of green consumption are important factors to create green hotels. This article paper research on the establishment of green hotel in the view of the interaction of supply and demand in China. The paper is divided into four parts. The first chapter describes the research background issues and sort out the domestic and foreign research findings on hotel environmental management, particularly the hotels practices in the interaction with customes and customers’ green consumption behavior. The second chapter firstly displays the theoretical foundation:sustainable development theory, green hotels and green consumption theory. Secondly, note the interaction between supply and demand , and the main stakeholders involved. Also show that interaction between supply and demand in the green hotel in the specific embodiment. The third chapter shows the green consumer awareness and consumer spending habits, as well as hotels’ achievements and shortcomings in the process of conducting green consumption of customers through face to face interviews. Moreover, analyze those key barriers in green hotels construction. Chapter IV proposes the stratiges about creating green hotels based on the value set by the consumer, the hotel company to assume more social responsibility, supply and demand two-way communication mode. The last sector is the conclusions of the paper, and in the meanwhile pointing the future research directions. | |
