中文摘要:改革开放以来,我国旅游业的非常规发展造成了诸多矛盾和问题,而旅游企业社会责任缺失表现特别突出。 本文围绕着我国旅游企业社会责任对发展可持续旅游的重要意义展开研究,可持续发展及可持续旅游思想的演变发展、企业社会责任及旅游企业社会责任相关理论作为本文进行研究的理论基石。在理论基石之上,本文回答了我国发展可持续旅游背景下,旅游企业社会责任“应当是什么”及我国旅游企业社会责任“怎么解决”的命题。 本文采用了文献调查法和比较研究法等方法,系统分析了我国旅游企业社会责任的现状、问题根源、内容及提升对策。首先通过分析我国旅游业发展的特殊性、旅游企业社会责任现状及存在的问题根源,进而说明旅游企业社会责任对我国发展可持续旅游的重要意义。第四章借鉴旅游企业利益相关者理论分析并归纳出我国发展可持续旅游背景下旅游企业承担社会责任的类型和内容,从利益相关者的角度回答了不同类型的旅游企业社会责任“应当是什么”的命题。最后一章为对策研究部分,通过对旅游企业社会责任行为表现的内外部影响因素分析出发来研究旅游企业社会责任的内外部驱动力及其关系,最终落脚在构建旅游企业社会责任动力机制并发挥旅游企业利益相关者在其中的主体作用,回答了我国旅游企业社会责任“怎么解决”的命题。  
英文摘要:Since the reform and opening up,the non-normal development of China's tourism industry has caused many contradictions and problems,which highlights on that the most of tourism corporate missed their social responsibility. This disertation focuses on the importance of social responsibility of tourism corporate to develop our country’s sustainable tourism . Theories about sustainable development, sustainable tourism, corporate social responsibility and social responsibility of tourism corporate are the theoretical foundation of this paper,based on the above theories, this dissertation answers what social responsibility of tourism corporate is and how to promote tourism corporate to actively fulfill their social responsibility. Based on the literature survey,comparative method and system analysis , this paper discusses the current status , the source of problems and the content of social responsibility of China’s tourism corporate and how to promote them to fulfill their social responsibility. Firstly this thesis analyzes the special nature of china tourism development, the problems and the status of social responsibility of tourism corporate, and then further analyzes the importance of fulfillment of social responsibility of tourism corporate to develop sustainable tourism in China . In the fourth chapter,based on the theory of tourism enterprises stakeholder to analyze and summarize the detailed content of social responsibility of different tourism corporate in the background of developing sustainable tourism. The final chapter is about the measures,on the basis of introducing the internal and external influence factors of social responsibility performance of tourism corporate, this chapter analyzes the internal and external driving forces of social responsibility of tourism corporate and their relationship,then finally puts forward to building the dynamic mechanism of social responsibility of tourism corporate and playing the stakeholders’ role in building it.
