中文摘要：	随着社会经济和科学技术的发展，人们的生活水平得到普遍提高，但是与此同时，经济和科技的发展也对环境带来了很多负面的影响，资源浪费，环境污染成为日益严峻的问题。现如今，逆向物流活动越来越受到国家和企业的关注，企业在追求经济利益的同时，也开始实施逆向物流活动。实施逆向物流对实现可持续发展，资源有效利用以及环境保护提供了可能；另一方面，实施逆向物流也可以降低企业成本，提高顾客满意度，增强市场竞争力，也越来越成为企业赢得竞争的一把利器。而实施逆向物流活动，首先面临的一个问题就是该如何选择运作模式。因此，如何科学合理的选择逆向物流的运作模式，是我们本文的主要研究目的。 本文采用成熟的博弈理论——Stackelberg博弈对逆向物流的运作模式进行了研究。首先，本文阐述了论文的研究背景和研究意义，以及研究的主要问题；接着，文章对逆向物流相关的理论文献进行了回顾与总结。接下来，本文主要分析了两个决策主体选择逆向物流的策略，制造商的回收策略有制造商回收模式、零售商回收模式以及第三方回收模式，本文构建了基于一个制造商和两个竞争零售商的利润模型，运用Stackelberg对其进行了研究，分析了制造企业应该如何选择回收模式；零售商的退货策略有集中决策退货策略，返还给制造商进行再制造的退货策略以及包装加工后零售商包装后再销售的退货策略，本文构建了基于一个制造商和一个零售商的利润模型，运用Stackelberg对其进行了博弈求解，分析了零售企业应该如何选择退货策略。最后，本文对论文的研究结论和创新点进行了总结，并提出了进一步研究的方向。
英文摘要：	With the socio-economic and scientific and technology developed, people’s living standard have generally improved,but at the same time, economic and technology have brought a lot of negative effects on the environment. Waste of resources, environmental pollution have become a serious problem. Nowadays, reverse logistics activities are more concerned by the State and enterprises. Enterprises are not only in the pursuit of economic interests, but also begin to implement reverse logistics activities. On one hand, implementation of reverse logistics help achieve sustainable development, effectively use resources and protect environment. On the other hand, the implementation of reverse logistics can also reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction,increase market competitiveness, and increasingly become a powerful weapon for business to gain competitiveness. Here ,the first question we faced is how to select the mode of operation. So the main purpose of this article is how to make scientific and rational choice on the mode of operation of reverse logistics. In this paper, we use a mature game theory-Stackelberg game to study the operation mode of reverse logistics. First, the drivers of businesses to implemente Reverse Logistics Management is simply analyzed, and then the article on the theory of reverse logistics related literatures were reviewed and summarized.Then we analyze the main choices of two policy-maker’s reverse logistics strategy, the manufacturer's collecting mode model and the retailers return strategy model. The former is based on one manufacturer and two competing retailers,and use Stackelberg game theory to analyze how to choose recovery strategy for manufacturers. The latter is based on one manufacture and one retailer, and use Stackelberg game theory to analyze how to choose return strategy for retailers. Finally the paper’s research finds and innovations were summarized, and direcitons for further research.
