中文摘要: | 本研究旨在讨论跨区域合资企业在面对中国大陆新兴市场兴起后,应如何延长、保持,甚至转变现存的能力与地位。在研究方法上,本研究经过文献的梳理回顾后,尝试以母公司视角切入观察母公司与合资企业子公司之间的关系,同时在前因变量与后果变量的选择上,亦兼顾跨区域合资企业的主要研究脉络,以求能够在理论整理与实务建议上,均能求得平衡与建树。此外,本研究以台湾跨区域企业在中国大陆战略合资为案例对象,进行了合资战略角色探讨与整体性框架研究,其研究结果应具有代表性,并提供日后其它企业进入跨区域合资经营之决策重要参考。 大部份文献或研究多从合资企业子公司的角色探讨合资模式与其绩效,但本研究认为母公司视角在跨区域合资企业中占有举足轻重之份量,投入金额庞大且注入资源也极为可观,其成败影响甚为深远,因此本研究从母公司视角探讨跨区域合资企业之战略角色,并以动态性之战略角色移动或升级的观点,研究揭示了境外型战略角色,前线型战略角色,服务型战略角色,资源型战略角色,贡献型战略角色及领导型战略角色等在跨区域合资企业中移动或升级的特征与现象。 由传统环境-战略角色-组织脉络-绩效之模型中,本研究提出了战略动机-文化差异-战略角色-组织构型-控制机制之整合性模型,该模型揭示了跨区域合资企业的前因变量与后果变量,对于探讨跨区域合资企业未来扮演的战略角色,应有相当大的帮助。 跨区域企业战略合资之动机虽可归纳为扩大市场,国际竞争,利用当地资源,分散风险,政府法令限制等因素,但经过本研究分析与验证,其最大的战略合资动机为扩大市场与利用当地资源二项。 | |
英文摘要: | This article tries to give out possible pratices for these Joint-Venture corporation between cross-region and Taiwan,to prolong,sustain,and even transform their own capabilities when facing the raising of emerging market of China. After rearranging lots of articles concerning Joint-Venture corporation in cross-region,this article take the Mother view to discuss the relationship of Joint-Venture between the two sides. And,this article’s dependent and independent variables are also come from main research streams of Joint-Venture corporation in cross- region. Through out the main research stream,this article can not only give practical suggestions for the Joint Venture in China,but also give some theoretical extensions and contributions. Mostly articals discuss the Joint-Venture model and their performance from subsidiaries view,but this article believe that Mother view will be play a key role in the Jonit- Venture corporation in the cross- region because the Mother corporation invest the huge capital and input a lot of resource in the begining,so this article focus on the strategic role of Joint-Venture corporation in the cross-region. Following and revising the traditional model between environment and strategic role and organization performance,this article submit the new integrated model of motivation and culture difference and strategic role and organization configulation and control mechanism,this new model also interprete the dependent and independent variables,it will be benefit to others for evaluate the possibility of enter into the cross-region in the future.
