中文摘要：	档案学专业论坛是近年来档案事业在寻求自身发展的过程中与网络技术充分结合的产物。它借助互联网开放、平等、自由的特性，利用现代网络技术，构建了一个虚拟的交流空间。这种新事物的出现，在一定程度上促进了档案学理论、档案业务实践以及档案事业的发展。但不可忽视的是，作为一种新生事物，论坛在其发展过程中也面临着种种问题。如何基于知识管理的视角，运用知识管理的先进理论和方法，帮助论坛发现并解决其自身存在的问题，让论坛更好地服务于档案事业，是本文写作的主要目的。 随着知识管理理念向各领域的渗透，档案领域也开始研究知识管理对档案学及档案工作的指导意义。档案学专业论坛的发展同样需要知识管理的指导。 在此背景下，论文分析了知识管理的内涵及特点，并将知识管理中以人为本、知识共享、知识服务、创建学习型组织作为论文的理论基础。 在此基础上，论文对目前档案专业网络论坛的现状进行了调查、分析和总结，并以《档案界》论坛为例，从资源、管理、会员三个方面分析了目前我国档案专业网络论坛建设已取得的成功经验及存在的不足。 最后，论文提出了基于知识管理的档案专业网络论坛建设方案，从性质、功能、用户、优势等方面对论坛进行了定位，确定了以人为本、共建共享、不断创新、注重效益等建设原则，提出加强以资源共享为核心的资源建设、利用知识服务增强互动性、以非正式学习提升会员素质的解决办法。
英文摘要：	The Archival community is a combination of the Archival undertaking and the networking technology in recent years. It forms a virtual space that has the characters of openness, quality and freedom. It accelerates the development of archival theories, archival works and archival undertaking at a certain extent. But as a newborn thing, the Archival community also has many problems at its developing course. How to help to find and solve the problems though a kind of advanced theory in order to let the BBS continues to serve to the archival undertaking, is the initial point of this dissertation. As the expansion of knowledge management to many fields, archival field also begins to study the significance to Archival Science and archival work. Knowledge management has influence on archival community. In this background, the dissertation analyzes the connotation and characters of knowledge management, and state the human-centric theory, knowledge sharing, knowledge service, learning organization as the basic theory of the dissertation. Then the dissertation introduces the current situation of the archival community, and takes the “Archive Circle Forum” as the example to indicate the successful experiences and shortcomings, and then provides solutions aiming to the shortcomings. Finally, some suggestions are provided to the construction of archival community, that is, locating the nature, function, users, advantages; confirming the principles of human-centric, sharing, creating, benefit; enhancing the resource construction that resource sharing is the core; using the knowledge service to enhance interactivity; using informal learning to improve the comprehensive quality of members. First, the dissertation analyses the development of archival undertaking needs the theory of Knowledge Management which has significant impact on many domains. In this background, the dissertation point out that the Archival community also needs the theory of Knowledge Management to improve itself.
