| 中文摘要： | 企业发展战略是企业发展的蓝图，是企业经营商海中的灯塔，指引企业前进的方向。一家企业没有发展战略，就好像没有舵的船，没有发展方向，没有发展思路，也就没有了出路。企业要想获得长远发展，必须规划发展思路，制定出适合于本企业、不同于他人的发展战略。 中国氯碱行业的产能和产量均居世界第一位，是名副其实的氯碱大国，但中国不是氯碱强国，行业技术、资源、集中度较国外先进企业相比仍有一定差距。近年国内氯碱企业盲目扩张，使得产能严重过剩，国内氯碱行业企业间的竞争不断加剧，达到白热化的程度。丽岛化工集团是一家国有老牌氯碱行业，面对当前行业的发展形势，既有机遇，又有挑战。 本文主要运用PEST分析法、波特五力分析模型、SWOT分析法及价值链分析法等战略管理理论方法，对近年氯碱行业发展情况和氯碱行业上下游产品发展进行分析研究，总结行业发展现状，展望行业未来发展趋势，同时通过对丽岛化工集团内部优势和劣势因素进行比较分析，提出了低成本战略、产品差异化战略及扩展战略等方面适合丽岛化工集团发展的战略建议，并对战略实施提出了相应保障措施。 | |
| 英文摘要： | The right development strategy is the blueprint of the company's developing,it leads the company to the right direction like the beacon in the ocean. However if a company don't have any startegy it won't have any future, like a ship without rudder and it will sailing to nohere. So the company wants to get long term development, a strategy will be a must. And additionaly the strategy should be a single unique one witch is absolutely different from the other companies'. China ownes the biggest chlor-alkali chemical capacity and yield in the world, but the industry technology, resource, and the concentration are less advantage as the foreign chemical companies. With the chinese chlor-alkali chemical company's blindly extending the capacity is seriouslu overflow, never than less the unhealthy competetion between the chlor-alkali companies aggravate everyday. With all the situations above, Lidao Group which is a long historical chlor-alkali chemical company will face more chance and challenge in the future. This article mainly use PEST analysis, porter five forces model, swot analysis and value chain analysis methods such as strategic management theory, According to the analysis of the chlor-alkali chemical industry and its relative products, the conclusion of the present situation of the chemical industry, the prediction of the future tendency, and the internal analysis of Lidao Group Chemical Company's advantage and disadvantage elements, we made some proposed strategy about some aspects of production technology, marketing, product development, human resources, and relocation suit the Lidao Chemical company's development, correspondingly we 'v present some safeguards to seucure this development strategy as well. | |
