中文摘要: 自中国改革开放以来,世界经济格局也在不断变化。随着经济时代的到来和发展,知识已经成为企业长期可持续发展的源泉,拥有具有创造力的知识型员工已经成为企业价值增值的基础,知识型员工的重要性日益突出。在反映企业竞争优势的各项要素中,起关键作用的无疑是企业中的这类员工,因为他们处于支配、管理、运用企业内其它资源的主导地位。 虽然大多数企业己经意识到知识型员工的重要性,但对知识型员的激励仍存在着不少问题,这不但影响了知识型员工积极性的发挥,而且还影响到企业的持续经营与未来发展。企业对知识型员工管理的核心是如何对知识型员工进行有效的、持续的激励,使其连续的为企业创造价值。鉴于知识型员工自身特点,如何有效地激励知识型员工也就成了企业需要解决的一个重要问题。本文将从职业生涯管理视角来对企业知识型员工的激励问题进行探讨。 本文介绍了知识型员工的概念、特点和需求、介绍了与本文相关的知识型员工激励和职业生涯管理的有关理论及述评。在对我国企业知识型员工职业生涯激励现状和原因分析的基础上,提出基于职业生涯管理角度的关于知识型员工激励策略。这些策略按照横向和纵向两条思路进行分析:横向分析——针对企业物质激励和非物质激励两个方面提出对我国企业知识型员工职业生涯管理激励策略;纵向分析——针对处于不同职业生涯阶段企业知识型员工提出不同的激励策略。最后在本文的第五章,通过对一个案例分析——TUR公司对知识型员工激励现状和对策分析,来加深对前四章理论、问题分析和策略运用的理解。 关键词:激励;知识型员工;职业生涯管理  
英文摘要: Since China Reform, the economic situation is always changing. Following the knowledge economy coming and developing, the knowledge has been the resource of enterprise developing continuously. The knowledge personnel who own the creative abilities have been the footstones of enterprise’s development, and they are more and more important because they are on the main position to control, manage and use the other resources in enterprise. Today, most enterprise have gradually known the importance of knowledge personnel, but there are still some boring problems in their motivation. The result is to effect the working enthusiasm of the knowledge personnel, and to effect enterprise’s development in the future. How to motivate the knowledge personnel to be effectively and continuously to create values for companies is the core of knowledge personnel management in enterprise human resource now. According to the knowledge personnel character, it is an key problem to motivate the knowledge personnel. And the author write this article from career management visual angle, and from this angle, the author discuss the motivation of the knowledge personnel in the enterprise . In this article the author introduce the concept, character and demands of the knowledge personnel, and introduces the relative theories and comments of motivation and career management. On the base of the situation and reason analysis of the knowledge personnel in Chinese enterprise, the author suggest the detailed strategies of motivation of the knowledge personnel. The detailed strategies are described in two ways, one is material motivation and non-material motivation, the other is different strategies for knowledge personnel in different stage of their career management. In the last chapter, the fifth chapter, the author use TUR Company as a detailed case to grow on the theories, problem analysis and stratergies mentioned above.
