| 中文摘要: | 人本管理是高度关注人的尊严及需求的一类协调、规范活动。其思想观念萌发于二十世纪五十年代以来人们对于人的因素在社会活动中决定性意义的感悟,也是世界范围内尤其是发达国家长期的企业管理实践推动的结果。人本管理顺应了尊重人权的世界潮流。 企业人本管理兼顾企业法人利益和员工个人利益,其核心理念是“以人为本”。以人为本展现了一种把满足人的自身需求作为社会实践出发点和归宿的世界观,是人类文明进步的思想成果。表现在企业管理方面,就是要尊重企业员工人格、合理安排工作、实施人性化管理并营造良好的文化氛围,在理解人、关怀人、充分发挥人的主动性和创造性的基础上,促进企业发展并造福社会,同时在这个过程中,满足员工的切身需求、体现员工的人生价值。 企业实行人本管理在我国有着广阔的前景。执政者提出的以人为本的科学发展观治国理念发出了时代的召唤,中华传统文化的主体儒家思想也包含着深厚的民本底蕴,深刻影响着我国国民。但是,对于正处在社会主义初级阶段的企业来说,其中的大多数尚不具备施行人本管理的基础条件。中国企业一方面要继承儒家民本思想中的积极因素,排除其封建等级观等糟粕,另一方面,应认真学习和借鉴西方的科学管理理论,吸收其合理内容,摒弃违背人性的因素,努力构建现代企业管理的扎实基础,并结合具体实际,积极探索人本管理的新路子。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Humanistic management (HM) is an activity that concerns more about people’s dignity and requirements. It was originated from the 50th of 20th century, during which people noticed that the human factor played a decisive role in social activities. Besides, in the worldwide, especially in some developed countries, the practice of enterprise management pushed HM to go forward. Humanistic management, which gives consideration to benefit of both the enterprise legal person and its employees, takes “human-orientation” as its core theory. This core theory unfolds a world-outlook that it takes human requirement satisfaction as the starting point and aim of social activities. It’s the ideological achievement of human civilization. As is presented in enterprise management, HM claims to show respect to employee’s personality, arrange tasks reasonably, carry on human orientated management and construct good cultural atmosphere. At the same time, HM understands people, cares about people and makes full use of human initiative and creativity. Based on these, HM both promoted the development of enterprises and benefited the society. During this process, employee’s requirements are satisfied and their value of life is also embodied at the same time. The implementation of humanistic management in Chinese enterprises has very broad future. The “human-oriented” scientific development outlook promoted by the power executors called for a new concept of governing. The Confucianism, the main body of Chinese cultural, also includes the meaning of human-orientation which has deeply affected Chinese people. However, some enterprises are staying at the elementary stage of the socialism, so they don’t have the basic condition to implement HM. Chinese enterprises should, on one hand, inherit the positive part of Confucian’s human-oriented theory and get rid of the dregs of feudalism. On the other hand, they should also learn and borrow scientific management theory from the western countries. By absorbing its reasonable theory and discarding its inhuman factors, Chinese enterprises will build a solid foundation for modern enterprise management and will combine reality to explore new HM ways actively. | |
