中文摘要：	在人类社会的发展过程中，领导活动无处不在，它影响着一个社会发展的进程和方向。而领导力作为领导活动中最为重要的一个因素，是领导活动高效率进行的内在动力。领导者作为领导活动的最高指挥者和执行者，具有高效的领导力是其领导活动得以持续的生命力。同样，在图书馆事业的不断开拓与发展过程中，作为图书馆使命的最高执行者和领导者的图书馆馆长，发挥着不可估量的作用与影响，他们的领导力现实和发展状况，必然会对图书馆领导活动产生巨大的作用和影响。本文将领导力从管理学引入到图书馆学领域，试图运用科学的方法对现代图书馆馆长领导力现状进行分析研究。 本文正文共分为六个部分：绪论包括四个方面，即图书馆馆长领导力的研究背景和意义、国内外馆长研究综述、研究框架、研究方法和创新点。第二部分，介绍了领导、领导力的相关理论及探讨领导与领导力之间的关系，根据领导力理论引导出图书馆馆长领导力定义及内容。第三部分，通过对国内一些馆长的访谈记录的内容分析，探讨在“馆长设定愿景”部分所表现出的前瞻力。第四部分，运用问卷调查法得出图书馆馆长沟通力所表现的优势及存在的不足。第五部分，通过分析国内若干典型的图书馆危机管理案例，来研究我国图书馆馆长在危机事件所表现出的决断力，发现存在的缺陷和不足之处，提出提升馆长决断力的途径和方法。第六部分，得出图书馆馆长领导力研究结论，说明本文研究的局限性。
英文摘要：	In the process of the development of human society, universal leading activity is affecting the course and developmental direction of society. However, in the leading activity, leadership, as one of the most important factors, is the internal dynamic ensuring that the leading activity operates with high efficiency. It is essential for the leader with the supreme commander and executor of leading activity to have effective leadership in order to guarantee the durative of leading activity. Likewise, in the process of constantly blazing new trails and development of library cause, library curators who are the supreme leader and executor of library cause play immeasurable role. In addition, the actual status and developmental situation of their leadership is sure to react against their working situation and have a great influence on library leading activity. In this paper, the author draws the concept of leadership in management research into library field and tries to analyze and research the current situation of modernistic library curators’ leadership with scientific methods. This paper is divided into six parts: In part one, author explains the research background and meaning of library curators’ leadership, summary of library curators’ research at home and broad, framework of research, research approach and innovation. In part two, author introduces leader, the relevant theory about leadership and discusses the relationship between leader and leadership. After that, author also generalizes the definition and content of library curators’ leadership according to the theory about leadership. In part three, author discusses that the library curators show the forward thinking in the part of far-seeing plan by anglicizing the interviewing records of internal library curators. In part four, author summarizes that there are some strengths and weakness in the field of library curator’s communication skill by way of questionnaire survey. In part five, on the ground of some typical cases of critical management, analyzes in depth that library curators show decision when they face critical incident. After that, author also points out some defects and weakness of the decision and put forwards some roads to promote library curators’ decision. In part six, author draws a conclusion through studying library curators’ leadership and explains some defect and limitation in this paper.
