| 中文摘要: | 组织是一个“投入—转换—产出”的开放系统,组织系统需要不断地吸收包括知识在内的外部资源,以维持自己的活动。知识经济时代,知识已成为企业的战略性资源,企业的知识创新与知识吸收能力成为组织发展的关键。随着科学技术的发展与市场竞争的加剧,组织开始越来越多地关注外部资源,并且将如何获取和有效利用外部知识作为企业发展的重要战略。而全球化与信息化的便利,为组织间的知识合作与转移带来了实现的契机。 作为外部知识源之一的企业技术联盟也是顺应着组织间知识转移的发展而兴起的。随着市场竞争的加剧,使得企业单方面的技术改进难以取得持久的市场竞争力。企业之间结成技术联盟,能够在企业之间形成良性的知识转移,不仅解决了企业发展中的难题,而且能够提升企业的知识竞争力。 组织作为一个由员工组成的人类活动系统,组织成员在吸收外界知识过程中发挥着重要的作用。企业技术联盟的知识转移中,知识接收方个体吸收知识的意愿强烈程度、吸收的数量与质量如何,直接关系到知识转移的效果。因此,企业如何强化“个人”对于外界知识的吸收效果是知识转移研究中的重要课题。研究组织间知识转移中的个体吸收行为具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文以企业技术联盟中知识接收方的员工个体为研究对象,侧重员工个体的心理感知,以计划行为理论和社会认知理论为基础,对企业技术联盟知识转移中个体吸收行为的影响因素进行深入的分析,并在此基础上,探讨知识接收方企业提高员工个体吸收效果的组织干预对策。本文的探索期望能够对于组织间知识转移过程中个体层面的知识吸收机理和效果研究做出有益的贡献。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Organization is an "input-transform-output" open system, organizations need to absorb external resources which include knowledge in order to maintain their own activities.In an era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become the strategic resources,The knowledge innovation and absorption capacity is very important for the organization development.With the development of science and technology and market competition intensifies, the organization began to pay more attention to external resources, and regard how to obtain and use external knowledge effectively as an important strategic in the enterprise development.Globalization and information technology has become convenient, which make the knowledge of inter-organizational collaboration and knowledge transfer greatly enhanced. The technology alliance as a source of external knowledge of enterprise was rising in line with the development of external knowledge transfer.As the market competition intensifies, companies unilateral technological improvements made it difficult to achieve sustainable competitiveness.And the formation of technology alliances between enterprises, not only transfer the knowledge between enterprises, but also can solve the technical difficulties and improve knowledge competitive forces. Meanwhile, the organization formed by the employees as a human activity system, its members play important role to absorb external knowledge.In the knowledge transfer between technology alliances,The willing to absorb knowledge,and the quantity and quality of absorption effect knowledge transformation directly.Therefore, It is an important topic for enterprises to strengthen the "individual" absorption of knowledge.It has great theoretical and practical significance to study individual acts in inter-organizational knowledge transfer. In this paper, I take individual in technological alliance for the study object, focusing on the psychology level.Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) and Social Cognitive Theory,I try to make depth analysis in the factors of individual behavior in the knowledge absorption with technology alliances, and on this basis, investigate the knowledge transfer intervention measures to improve the individual absorption.This search hopes to make useful contribution for knowledge transfer mechanism and effect in individual level in inter-organizational knowledge transfer. | |
