中文摘要:品牌是一个地区发展的标志,其对区域经济的影响与作用不可估量。二○○六年五月二十六日《国务院关于推进天津滨海新区开发开放有关问题的意见》中提出:推进天津滨海新区的开发开放,促进这一地区加快发展,可以有效地提升京津冀和环渤海地区的对外开放水平,使这一地区更好地融入国际经济,释放潜能,增强竞争力。 区域品牌由于具有凝聚性、聚集性、辐射性,其战略创新意义重大。如果以建设区域品牌作为发展滨海新区区域经济的突破口,从全面落实科学发展观,转变经济发展方式,加快产业集群转型升级,促进区域经济协调发展的高度,开拓创新,探索出一条创建区域品牌的新路子,无疑会助推该区域经济发展,大大提升该区域的国际竞争力。 本文共分为六章,第一章绪论部分,阐述了研究背景、研究目的和研究方法。第二章回顾了区域品牌建设的有关理论、产业集群理论和区域经济理论,并以这些理论作为本文研究的理论依据。第三章分析了天津滨海新区的优势地位,论述了滨海新区区域品牌建设的必要性和可行性。第四章提出了天津滨海新区区域品牌建设的思路。第五章论述了天津滨海新区区域品牌建设的实施对策。第六章是结论,归纳和概括了论文的主要观点。 本文认为,只有打造区域品牌,才能促进区域经济的快速发展。打造一个国际知名的天津滨海新区区域品牌,对于天津乃至全国的经济发展都具有重要的战略意义。  
英文摘要:Brand, the symbol for development of a region, has an incalculable influence and role on regional economy. It was proposed in the Suggestion for Pushing forward the Development and Opening of Tianjin Binhai New Area by the State Council dated May 26th 2006, to push forward the development and opening of Tianjin Binhai New Area, stimulate the development of the area could effectively enhance the level of opening to the outside world of the Region of Jingjinji and Bohai Rim, help this region to integrate with international economy, releasing its potential energy and strengthening its competitiveness. Regional brand, which is able to condense, agglutinate and radiate, has great significance of strategy innovation, if we take the construction of regional brand as the breakthrough for development of regional economy of Binhai New Area, fully implement the scientific development concept, transform economic development approach, speed up the upgrade of industry group, raise the level of coordinated development of regional economy, make reform and renovation, explore a new way of constructing regional brand, as will no doubt stimulate the regional economic development, and greatly raise its international competitiveness. This paper, firstly reviews and combs the theory about brand, regional brand, including the derivation of its concept, different views from all schools, misconception, main research significance, definition of regional brand, and a brief strategy for it. Secondly, summarizes the general situation about Binhai New Area, including its history, development and current situation. Thirdly, analyze the current situation and future development of Binhai New Area with the theory of regional brand, theory of strategy competition and regional economy, put forward a feasible model for the development of regional brand of Binhai New Area. Lastly, put forward some propostions for construction of regional brand of Binhai New Area. This paper holds only the construction of regional brand can stimulate the fast development of regional economy. To construct an internationally well-known regional brand for Tianjin Binhai New Area will have an important strategy significance for Tianjin, but even for the economic development of China.
