| 中文摘要: | 为了有效化解博弈困境,确保项目管理过程的效率和效果,本论文重点研究基于博弈的项目全团队管理原理及其技术方法。首先,对项目管理中的博弈行为进行研究,重点研究项目相关利益主体在信息不对称、利益不一致以及讨价还价过程中存在哪些博弈困境,深入讨论这些博弈困境对项目价值形成过程、项目价值最大化过程、项目价值分配合理化过程带来哪些影响,在上述研究基础上提出如何通过博弈学习、博弈协调以及信号传递等方法化解项目管理中存在的博弈困境。其次,对基于博弈的项目全团队管理原理进行研究,重点研究了基于博弈的项目全团队管理的内涵、外延以及项目全团队管理边界的界定问题,讨论了项目促进人在项目全团队管理中的价值和作用,在此基础上对基于博弈的项目全团队管理基本原理进行了探索性研究,详细说明这些原理都有哪些具体要求。第三,对于基于博弈的项目全团队管理技术方法进行研究,重点研究如何化解不同利益主体间存在的博弈困境,确保项目管理效率与效果的相关技术方法,对于相关方法的理论基础、应用过程及其作用机理进行了深入探讨。 通过上述研究,本文主要得出以下结论。首先,项目管理过程受到项目相关利益主体之间博弈关系的显著影响,项目相关利益主体之间的博弈困境会对项目价值形成过程、项目价值最大化过程以及项目价值分配合理化过程产生显著影响,导致项目管理过程效率低下,管理效果差强人意。其次,项目全团队管理模式能够有效化解博弈困境,项目全团队管理模式通过管理项目全团队边界能够有效配置项目需要的各种资源、协调不同利益主体之间的博弈行为、有效管理项目风险的同时能够积极开拓项目收益。第三,项目全团队管理技术方法能够改进项目管理的效率和效果,在项目全团队共同参与原理、项目价值最大化原理以及项目价值分配合理化原理指导下,通过采用组织集成方法、价值工程方法、项目合同与项目合作伙伴相结合的方法能够有效协调不同利益主体之间的博弈行为,改进项目管理的效率和效果,最终确保项目目标能够最终实现。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The project process involved diversified and numerous stakeholders, between who there is complex game that influences the value begetting process of project,the value maximization process of project,as well as the value assignment rationalization process of project. How to solve each kind of influence of the game plights in the project management, is the core question that this thesis needs to solve. To solve the game plights effectively and guarantee the project management process efficiently and effectively, the thesis researched the principle, technique and method of all stakeholders of project based on the Game Theory. First, researched the behavior of game in project management,paid attention to the reseach of the information asymmetry and benefit inconsistentness of stakeholders,and what game plights are in the barging game,and discussed which influence involved in the value begetting process of project,the value maximization process of project and the value assignment rationalization process of project.Besides, the thesis proposed how to solve the game plights through the mothods of game learning, coordinating and signal transmission.Next,researched the principle of all stakeholders project management based on Game Theory, paid attention to the reseach of the connotation,extension and border defination of all stakeholders project management, discussed the value and function of the project coordinator,and explained in detail which specific requests these principles do have. Third, researched the technology and method of all stakeholders project management based on Game Theory, paid attention to the reseach that how to solve the game plights between the stakeholders, guaranteed the project management method efficiently and effectively. Through the study, the thesis concluded the main conclusions. First, the project management process is infuenced observably by the game between the stakeholders. Next, the mode ofent can work out the game plights effectively. Third, technique and method of all stakehoders project management can improve the efficiency and the effect of project management. | |
