| 中文摘要: | 企业发展战略是企业发展的航标图,是决定生存发展的关键性因素。企业发展,战略致胜。本文紧密结合自己所在企业的实际情况,运用战略管理学的成熟理论,充分分析了企业所处的内外部发展环境,遵循当今世界煤炭业集中化、国际化、产业主体相关多元化和安全生产自动化的发展态势,着眼于充分发挥阳煤集团自身产业基础比较扎实、技术创新能力强等比较优势,结合阳煤集团所处行业的实际,为阳煤集团设计出发展战略,即紧紧遵循当今世界煤炭业的发展态势,按照产业主体相关多元化的原则,进行产业结构调整,做强、做大煤炭产业,拉长产业链,提高附加值,培育煤化工、煤电铝新兴产业,走科技含量高、安全有保障、经济效益好,资源消耗低、环境污染少的新型工业化道路,使企业在五年或更长一段时间获得快速发展,把阳煤集团建设成为主业突出、核心竞争力强、国际化的大型企业集团。 在综合分析研究的基础上,得出5点结论:一是煤炭企业要做强、做大必须遵循世界煤炭业的发展规律;二是制定发展战略必须对企业自身有一个清醒的认识;三是制定发展战略必须高度重视产业发展布局;四是发展战略的实施必须有强有力的支撑体系;五是企业要发展必须得到政府的大力支持。 本文共分为七章,第一章,引言;第二章,文献综述;第三章,阳煤集团外部环境分析;第四章,阳煤集团内部环境分析;第五章,总体战略目标和战略重点;第六章,总体战略的重点支撑体系;第七章,结论。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Corporate strategy provides aids to navigation for its development, which is a key factor to determine the survival and development of enterprise. Therefore, the development of enterprise relies on successful strategy. This thesis combines the practical situation of the company that the author is working for and the theory of strategic management to make an analysis on the external environment of the company and the developing trend of centralization, internalization, multiplication and safety production automation of today’s coal industry, aiming at providing a strategy for Yangquan Coal Group by taking its advantage of strong innovation capability, that is, keeping up with the developing trend of today’s coal industry, extending the industry chain, increasing added value, cultivate coal chemistry and forming an international larger-scale corporate group with strong core competency within five years or even longer period of time. Based the general analysis and research, this thesis reaches conclusion including 5 points: firstly, coal company must follow the developing trend of the global coal industry; secondly, a clear recognition of the company is the premise to develop the strategy; thirdly, it is important to emphasize the industry layout for developing strategy; fourthly, there should be a supportive system for the implementation of corporate strategy; fifthly, the company must gain the support from the government. There are 7 chapters in this thesis.
