中文摘要：	青岛纺织创造过“上青天”的辉煌，也经历过步履维艰的没落，青岛纺织要重振昔日的雄风，也必然要经受大的调整与变革。 青岛纺织的发展之路该如何走？ 本文作者从事纺织工作近30年，在企业领导岗位上10多年，经历了青岛纺织历次的改革、发展和变迁，对青岛纺织企业的发展也作了大量的探索和研究，本文尝试用所学的经济学理论结合多年来的探索实践，从战略角度，对青岛纺织的未来发展思路做出探讨。 通过对国际国内纺织业的发展现状的分析，以及当前国际、国内纺织企业的发展形势、青岛市的城市发展规划和青岛纺织产业的自身的基础和发展需求，以青岛市棉纺织企业为研究对象，以棉纺企业产业价值链分析为重点,以实现可持续发展为目标，来研究探讨青岛纺织的发展。 论文提出以棉纺织板块的调整重组为突破口，实施集团转型升级战略，推动青岛纺织的又快、有好、科学发展。作者以产业链的转移、价值链的升级、来促进青岛纺织的转型提升；以统一市场战略来整合内部资源；以存量资本的运营来保证调整重组战略的顺利实施；以人力资源的市场化配置来增加企业的活力；以完善法人治理结构来推动企业的良性发展；以推进企业文化的建设为纺织的复兴发展提供不竭的动力，实现把青岛现有纺织产业改造成为与青岛市经济发展相适应的具有标志性和较强竞争力的现代都市工业，实现青岛纺织的振兴。
