中文摘要：	伴随经济全球化以及世界范围内服务经济的发展，物流产业跨国化、规模化和网络经济化等现象已经成为产业发展的重要趋势。金融海啸对物流业造成猛烈冲击的同时，更加促进了该行业的重新洗牌。2009年初国务院颁布了《物流业调整和振兴规划》，显示出我国政府对物流业发展的高度重视和支持，对于促进我国物流业的发展，具有重要的意义。 任何一次世界范围内的经济危机之后，都会面临新的洗牌，而我们总是善良地希望每一次新的改变带来好的发展趋势，全球经济的复苏一定带来朝气蓬勃的迹象，使得全世界的人民都能富裕、幸福，避免再次遇到经济灾难和流离失所。经过多少年的发展，人们逐渐认识到合作战略的重要性。尤其是对于我国物流企业，如何在这种态势下发挥各自优势，包容并需，通过标准化兼容达到物流企业的战略合作更为重要。 本文通过学习运用战略合作及战略联盟模式的基本理论工具，分析国内外物流企业发展中联盟战略的经验成就，结合中国物流产业发展的客观情况，试图对我国物流企业战略合作可采用的模式、特征及其发展中应注意的问题、可能的解决途径以及发展趋势作以论述，为我国物流企业在新形势下的发展提供一个新的视角和思路。
英文摘要：	Along with the economic globalization and a worldwide range development of services economy, logistic industrial is more and more focusing on the trend of multinational development, scale management and network economy. The Financial Tsunami made a hard attack on logistics industry, which is to speed up the industry regroup. In early 2009, was issued by the State Department, which showed a high attention and supportive attitude to logistics industry development by our government, consequently it will have significant influence to the development progress of logistics industry. Once there’s an economic crisis, there’s a new round of reshuffle. People are always good to hope that every change brings a new good development trend, a global economic recovery bring some signs of vigor and vitality, wealth and happiness will always be with the world, economic disaster and displacement is not to be re-experienced. After years and years of development, people have more and more realized the importance of cooperation strategies. For logistics enterprises in China especially, it is more crucial to know how to play their respective advantages to make compatibility through standardization to achieve strategic cooperation under such a situation. Based on the theories of Cooperative Strategy and Cooperation Mode, through analyzing of practical achievement made by logistics enterprises during their development using the cooperation strategy, and in light with objective situation of Chinese logistics industry, this thesis, is to discuss a practical cooperation mode for logistics enterprise, and to summarize the characteristics, problems, possible solutions as well as the future trend of this strategy. It aims at providing a new perspective to logistics industry development.
