| 中文摘要: | 企业文化建设已经在世界范围内得到广泛的关注。在不同的国家和地区有不同的企业文化理论,各自的发展程度也不尽相同。中国的企业文化建设随着改革开放而迅速发展,受重视的程度也越来越高,特别是新兴的民营企业文化建设,更是其中一个亮点。但是,由于中国民营企业真正发展时间只不过近三十年,相对于国有企业与外资企业而言,它的企业文化建设还只是处于经验积累阶段,不确定因素很多。因此,本论文试图以宏达集团作为案例,寻找合理的适用于民营企业文化建设的理论方向。这也是此次研究的初衷。 本文首先概述了“企业文化”的涵义和基本内容,阐明了民营企业文化建设的作用。通过以宏达集团为例,论述我国民营企业文化建设的特征及目前所存在的问题,进而引入了齐善鸿教授的“道本管理”思想,希望企业领袖应当有长远意识,从理论上打开眼界,拓宽认识。特别针对宏达集团自身30年的发展历史中文化建设的优势和存在的弊端进行了重点分析,目的是为了走出现有困境,找到一条更适合民营企业文化建设的道路,实现真正做大做强企业,塑造百年名企的梦想。 企业不是孤立的,因此也不能孤立地谈发展,而要在与自然、社会关系的规律中谈发展。“道本管理”理论就是认为人要尊重自然规律,尊重人性的规律,尊重自然与社会之道。 在这样的理论根基下,管理者首先应从理念上有所提升,再从企业文化纲要和落地的等方面上加以研讨,这必将对企业的长足发展有极大的推动作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Corporate culture building has emerged as a global trend in different countries with diverse policy, theory and development level. Corporate culture in China has also been developing very quickly since China’s economic reform. It is highly valued by different type of enterprises. Among the different type of corporate culture building, private enterprises have got especially more concern as they have shown special high lights. However, as the private enterprises in China have developed for only 30 years, their corporate culture building is still in an initial stage compared with national enterprises or foreign investment enterprises. There are lots of uncertain effects on their culture building. Thus, this thesis tries to analyze corporate culture in private enterprise through case study of Hongda Group. It tries to find out a reasonable direction of building corporate culture in Honda Group. That is the original idea of our research. The thesis firstly describes the basic meaning of “corporate culture” and its contents. Then it clarifies the foundation of corporate culture building. Through case study of Hongda Group, the research points out the speciality and existent problems in most private enterprises. For the sake of solving these problems, we try to gain an insight of the adaptability and feasibility of the theory “Taoism management” raised by professor Qi Shanhong. A corporate does not stay alone by itself. It is not isolated by its environment. So we cannot talk about its development without considering its relationship with regularity of nature and the society. “Taoism management” emphasizes that management needs to respect regularity of nature and regularity of humanness. The findings show that the “Taoism management” theory is adaptable and feasible in private enterprise. Also, its core value and regulate guidelines will help to push the long term development of corporate culture building. Based on this theory, the research discusses about the guiding principles of Hongda Group and the key points of taking root. After the study, the ultimate goal is to lead the company to achieve sustainability and to realize the dream of “One Hundred Year Master Company”. | |
