中文摘要:随着全球经济一体化和信息化的推进,企业内部的生产运营模式、组织管理方式等都发生了深刻变革,创新成为企业的核心所在。任何企业的生存和发展都需要加强管理,引入新的管理体制,以实现有效管理和管理创新。从创新的角度讲,竞争情报是管理创新不可缺少的元素,也是实现企业各种创新的粘合剂和催化剂。本文从企业管理创新的视角出发,对竞争情报管理模式进行了一定的研究。 本研究主要从企业管理创新和竞争情报管理的背景出发,借助于理论分析与问卷调研等研究方法,以探索企业竞争情报管理模式为主要目标,试图从从竞争情报业务流程设计、竞争情报组织机构设计、竞争情报人力资源设计、竞争情报系统管理模式设计四个方面进行研究,构建面向企业管理创新的竞争情报管理模式。然后,在问卷调查结果的基础上,对面向企业管理创新的竞争情报管理模式进行优化分析,最终构建能为企业所用的、具有可操作性的竞争情报解决方案。 目前,将企业管理创新与竞争情报进行结合的研究比较少,本研究通过实证方法,对企业管理创新与竞争情报的整合进行了可行性分析,其后将竞争情报与企业管理创新结合,使企业竞争情报工作不仅适应企业管理创新的需求,更能促进企业管理创新,或者为企业管理创新寻找机会和机遇,充分发挥竞争情报在企业中的全方位作用。所构建的面向企业管理创新的竞争情报管理模式虽站在企业竞争情报工作的基础上,但其核心是面向企业管理创新,一切以企业管理创新为目的。该模式不仅需要网络的支持,还需要人才、技术、流程的匹配以及激励、协调、合作等机制的保障,才能达到最佳的运行状态。  
英文摘要:With the global economic integration and the promotion of information technology, the modes of enterprise production and operation and organizational management method have brought profound changes. Innovation has been the core business of enterprise. The survival and development of any enterprise need to strengthen the management and introduce a new management regime, so as to achieve effective management and management innovation. From the perspective of innovation, competitive intelligence is an indispensable element for management innovation. It is adhesives and catalysts for a variety of enterprise innovation. In this paper, the author studies the management mode of competitive intelligence from the management innovation perspective. This study explores the Enterprise Competitive Intelligence Management Mode as the main goal by means of theory analysis, questionnaire survey and other research methods at the background of enterprise management innovation and competitive intelligence, then builds the enterprise competitive intelligence management mode oriented to the management innovation. This mode is described from the settings of competitive intelligence department, the design of the competitive intelligence human resources, the design of the competitive intelligence workflow and the design of the competitive intelligence system management style. Afterward, this study analyzes and optimizes the competitive intelligence management mode oriented to the management innovation based on the results of questionnaire survey, then proposes a competitive intelligence solutions that is useful and operable for enterprises. Today, the study about the integration of competitive intelligence and management innovation is rare,so this article inspire the worthy of this field in some sense. Based on the questionnaire survey, the author studies the feasibility of the integration of competitive intelligence and management innovation. The integration of competitive intelligence and enterprise management innovation enable the work of enterprise competitive intelligence not only to adapt to the needs of enterprise management innovation to better promote the innovation of enterprise management, or looking for opportunities for enterprise management innovation, then make the competitive intelligence to play its parts to the full. The enterprise competitive intelligence management mode oriented to the management innovation built in this paper based on enterprise competitive intelligence, but its core is oriented to enterprise management innovation and its purpose is enterprise management innovation. This mode not only needs the support of network, but also needs the guarantee of talent, technology, process, as well as the mechanisms of incentives, coordination and cooperation. Only in this way, this mode can achieve the best state in operation.
