| 中文摘要: | 天津市第一百中学是一所市级重点中学,2003迁入新校区后,教学规模迅速扩大,教职工人数由原来的110人猛增到240余人。教师队伍的剧增和重组,为学校的进一步发展提出了挑战,特别是教师职业生活中的情绪感受和职业投入程度直接影响到教育目标的实现和教育教学质量的提高,本研究的目的在于通过对一百中学教师的职业倦怠现状及影响因素进行描述和分析,探讨一百中学教师职业倦怠的特点,有针对性地提出缓解和克服教师职业倦怠的对策与建议,从而更加有效地促进学校管理工作。 本研究以一百中学全体教师为对象,使用目前在职业倦怠测量中被广泛使用的MBI量表和上海师范大学李冰同志编制的教师职业倦怠影响因素问卷对教师的职业倦怠现状及影响因素进行了深入分析。调查显示,一百中学教师存在一定水平的职业倦怠,学生因素、工作负荷因素和人际关系因素是影响教师职业倦怠水平的三个最重要因素。 对此,笔者结合自己的教育管理和一线教学经验,从社会影响、学校管理、个人调节三个层面,提出了缓解教师职业倦怠的对策和建议,并且试图侧重于学校管理的角度找出缓解的措施,这其中包括笔者在学校管理过程中正在进行的一些改革和设想,而在以往的研究中主要是从个体和宏观教育政策的角度提出解决措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | NO. 100 Senior High School of Tianjin is a key high school of Tianjin city level. Since its moving into the new campus, the teaching scale has experienced quick expansion with the teaching staff increased to the current number of over 240 from the previous number of 110. With the dramatic increase and reorganization of teaching staff, the school is faced with challenge for its further development, especially, the emotional feeling from the occupational lives of the teaching staff and the degree of their occupational devotion have direct impact on achieving the educational goal and improving the educational teaching quality. The current study aims at conducting description and analysis on the occupational burnout status quo and effect factor of the teaching staff of NO.100 Senior High School, probing into the features of the occupational burnout of the teaching staff of Tianjin 100 High School and proposing countermeasure and suggestion on alleviating and overcoming the occupational burnout of teaching staff so as to more effectively promote the management of the School. This study, with all the teaching staff of Tianjin 100 High School as the objects of study, by using the widely used MBI Scale in measuring occupational burnout and with reference to Questionnaire of Effect Factors of occupational burnout from teaching staff, complied by Comrade Li Bing from Shanghai Normal University, intends to give an in-depth analysis on the occupational burnout status quo and effect factor of the teaching staff. As the search indicates, there exist a certain level of the occupational burnout among the teaching staff of Tianjin 100 High School, and student factor, teaching load and international relationship are the three most important factors that influence the level of occupational burnout of the teaching staff. Therefore, combining his own experience in educational management with his own front-line teaching, the underwriter proposes his own countermeasure and suggestion on alleviating and overcoming the occupational burnout of teaching staff from social, school organizational and personal three different levels and attempts to find out the remedial measures from focusing on school management, including some of the reform and plan being conducted during the process of his managing the school, as compared with the previous study mainly focusing on proposing the solution measures from the angle of an individual and macro educational policy. | |
