| 中文摘要： | ECO公司负责城市综合开发和运营，项目具有投资规模大、回收期长的特点，为了满足E城项目建设需要和ECO公司经营需求，资金是一条不可断裂的生命之链，融资成为ECO公司最重要的活动。面对经济环境、金融环境和法律政策的变化，结合融资成本和ECO公司自身状况等因素，如何通过制定适合的融资方案，为公司融资实践提供指导，并且优化融资结构，成为本文主要的研究内容。 遵循理论结合实践的逻辑思路，本文共分为五个部分：第一章《导论》通过简述我国融资结构的发展方向和金融环境形势变化，提出本文研究的目的和意义，并介绍了本文的研究方法；第二章《融资及相关理论》主要通过对融资的定义和资本结构理论的论述，分析了融资结构理论对企业融资的启示，为制定公司融资方案提供了理论性基础；第三章《ECO公司情况及融资需求》介绍了ECO公司基本情况、财务状况和融资状况，通过ECO公司资金收支计划推导出ECO公司融资需求，通过ECO公司资金来源分析确定了银行贷款、中期票据、企业债和资产支持票据四种可以选择的融资方式；第四章《融资方式的可行性分析》从经济金融形势和ECO公司自身状况，分析了银行贷款、中期票据、企业债和资产支持票据的可行性。第五章《ECO融资方案及调整》根据融资方式可行性分析制订了三个融资方案，并对融资方案做出了评价，总结了融资方案调整依据、调整内容和调整方式。 最后，对全文进行了结论性总结，指出了本文不足和局限以及以后进一步探讨的问题。 | |
| 英文摘要： | ECO company responsible for urban comprehensive, investment development and operation, furthermore these projects always need large funds, long period. In order to meet requirements of E-city projects development and ECO company operation, cash is the chain of company and cannot be broken, so finance is one of the most important activities in ECO company. Facing of the economic environment, financial conditions and legal policy change, combined with financing costs and the ECO company's own conditions, how to leverage formulating appropriate financing options for the company to provide a guideline for financing, and optimize the financing structure are the main research contents of this article . Follow the logic of theory combined with practical ideas, this article is divided into five parts: Chapter 1, "Introduction" briefly introduced China's financial environment and development trend, the purpose and research methods of the paper; Chapter 2, "finance and the related theory" primarily through the definition of financing and capital structure theories, and provide a theoretical foundation for corporate finance programs; Chapter 3, " ECO situation and financing needs " introduced the basic situation and financing conditions of ECO company, by analyzing corporate cash plans to derive financing demand, and by analyzing sources of funding to choose four available financing methods; Chapter 4, "Financing Methods Feasibility Analysis" according to the economic financial situation and the ECO company's conditions, analyze the teasibility of bank loans, medium-term notes, corporate bonds and asset-backed notes . Chapter 5 "ECO company's financing solutions and adjustments" based on financing feasibility analysis, the author developed and evaluated three financing solutions, meanwhile summarized the basis, contents and ways for financing solutions adjustments. Finally, the author made a concluding summary, pointed out the deficiencies and limitations of this paper and subsequent issues for further exploration. | |
