中文摘要：	发展战略关乎企业未来发展道路和方向，是企业经营管理的一项重要内容。 中国建筑国际集团为一家具有国企背景的大型港资建筑企业，其在香港开拓经营超过30年，公司不断突破，实现了多次跨越式发展，达到如今超百亿港元的年营业规模，充分体现了集团战略管理方面的卓越能力。 2005年在香港的成功上市为集团未来发展带来了新的契机，上市之后的数年中集团一直在努力探索新的市场条件下的战略方向。 本文正是基于此种考虑，提出以中国建筑国际集团发展战略为研究对象，基于集团过去30年在香港的发展历程以及上市五年来在经营业务领域的不懈探索，结合所学的理论课程，力求为中国建筑国际集团提出行之有效的战略管理规划，使所学之于实践能够有机结合。 中国建筑国际集团长年在港澳地区开展业务，又作为一家公开上市公司，已具有一定的国际化背景，这些特点均不同于国内同类型筑建筑企业。因此，其战略目标是成为跨国综合建筑企业，对国内建筑企业开展战略研究提供了新的更为广阔的视角。 本文在战略分析及规划上采用层次化研究方法，先是对公司总体战略进行分析和规划，之后再进行具体业务的分析和规划，使研究结论避免空泛，同时更具有针对性。 本文对于国内建筑企业拓展业务实施多元化，走出国门实施国际化具有一定的借鉴意义和应用价值。
英文摘要：	Strategic management is one of the important works in corporation management, which concerns the future path and direction of the corporation. As a large scale construction company in Hong Kong with the state-owned background, China State Construction International Holdings has developed business in Hong Kong for 30 years and achieved great success. Now it’s annual sales has reached more than 100 HK dollars, which reflects the company’s excellent capabilities in the strategic management. In 2005, China State Construction was listed on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code:3311HK). It brought new opportunities for the future development of the company. In the later years, the company intended to explore the strategic direction in the new markets conditions continuously. On such considerations above, this article proposes the development strategy of China State Construction International Holdings as the study object and intends to make effective strategic management planning based on the development history of the last 30 years, unremitting exploration for the new market in the past five years, and study of theoretical schedule, so that what can make the learn used for practice. As a publicly listed company, China State Construction International Holdings has become an international company for the longtime operating in Hong Kong and Macau. These features are different from the domestic construction enterprise. Therefore, the strategic goal of the company is to become an transnational construction enterprise with comprehensive business, which provides a new and broad perspective for the development strategic research of domestic construction enterprises. In this paper, hierarchical research methods have been adopted for the analysis and planning of strategic. First to analyze the company's overall strategy analysis and planning, and then conduct the specific business’s strategy analysis and planning, which make the conclusion not to be vague, while more targeted. This paper has reference value for domestic construction companies for expanding their business to implement diversification and going out of the Country to implement internationalization.
