| 中文摘要: | 市场竞争已经从单个企业竞争转向供应链与供应链之间的竞争,加强供应链管理,提高供应链节点企业之间的合作是提高供应链敏捷性、稳定性和提高供应链整体价值的必经之路。旅行社供应链涉及的合作企业非常之多,包括“食、住、行、游、购、娱”所有企业:酒店、饭店、交通企业、景区景点、旅游购物场所等。除了上述企业之外,旅行社还必须与银行、保险、政府部门等单位打交道。所以旅行社要想提高竞争力仅从企业自身的角度考虑解决之道已经不够了,必须将提升竞争力放在供应链整体的角度来思考,加强供应链管理,实现供应链合作企业之间的核心竞争优势和资源互补,在提高供应链整体价值的同时实现旅行社利润和竞争力的提高。 供应链管理研究和实践的关键问题是实现信息共享。结合我国旅行社供应链的特征和旅行社信息密集性及对信息依赖性的特性,信息共享是旅行社建设高效、稳定和敏捷链管理的核心问题和关键要素。所以,本文从供应链的特征入手,深入分析了旅行社供应链信息共享的重要性以及信息共享的主要内容。在此基础上,介绍了实现供应链信息共享的三种电子商务模式:点对点信息传递模式、第三方模式和平台模式。研究发现具有强大的信息搜集、整理、分析功能,同时与旅行社行业具有天然适应性的电子商务平台模式更能有效地帮助旅行社实现供应链信息共享。 在供应链信息共享理论的指导下,文章构建了包括业务流程管理系统、客户关系管理系统和供应商关系管理系统的电子商务平台。在对三大系统功能和原理详细分解的前提下,完成了各系统之间的信息集成,为旅行社信息共享搭建了一个完美的技术平台。同时,为了规避信息共享而给旅行社带来的风险,作为信息发布主体的旅行社,采用了分级共享模式来实现整个供应链的信息共享。除了上述理论研究外,文末还运用案例,检验了电子商务平台对旅行社供应链信息共享的实际效果。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Market competition has transformed from the competition among individual enterprises into the competition in supply chain of those enterprises. Strengthening supply chain management and improving cooperation among the enterprises will be a must in order to improve supply chain agility, stability and enhance the overall value of the supply chain.Travel service supply chain is involved in so many co-operative enterprises, including all businesses of “food, accommodations,transportation,sight- seeing,shopping and entertainment”: hotels, restaurants, transportation enterprises, scenic spots, shopping places, etc. In addition, the travel service also should deal with the banks, insurances, government departments and other organizations.In a bid for higher competitiveness, travel service should view from the angle of whole tourism supply chain rather than the perspective of the enterprises themselves, improving the overall value of the supply chain by strengthening management,achieving comple- mentarity of core competitive advantages and core resources among the co-operative enterprises. Information sharing is the keypoint of supply chain research and practice. Information sharing is the core issue and key element of building efficient, stable and agile travel service supply chain according to the characteristics of travel service supply chain in China and information-intensive and information-dependent of travel service.Therefore, this dissertation analyses the importance and main contents of information sharing of travel service supply chain in depth after understanding the characteristics of the travel service supply chain.On this basis, this article introduces three e-business models of information sharing: point to point messaging model, third-party model and platform model.Research finds e-commerce platform model, with powerful information collection, collation, analysis capabilities, helps travel service to achieve more effective information sharing of supply chain. Under the guidance of the information sharing theory, the dissertation const- ructed travel service e-commerce platform, including business process management system, customer relationship management system and supplier relationship manage- ment system.Travel service e-commerce platform sets up a perfect technology platform for information sharing of travel service supply chain by achieving information integration among BPMS, CRMS and SRMS.Meanwhile, as the main information disseminater, travel service avoid the risks of information sharing by using information classified-sharing model.This dissertation also introduces a case in order to test the effect of travel service e-commerce platform for information sharing. | |
