中文摘要:在当前复杂性、动态性、不确定性都很高的竞争环境下,企业技术创新战略已经成为企业生存与发展的基本要求。同时,提升企业技术创新能力也是建设国家创新系统的主要手段之一。为此,许多国家在资金、技术、政策、人才、市场、服务、环境、信息等方面,不断为企业技术创新提供各种便利条件。 但是,由于企业技术创新牵涉很多工作环节,无论是其中的技术战略制定、研发决策实施、工艺流程设计,还是产品创新试点、商品化生产、市场化运作等各个阶段,都存在各种各样的风险,致使企业技术创新结果具有很大的不确定性。值得庆幸的是,当前如火如荼地发展的技术竞争情报,正是通过引进竞争情报的方法,收集、整理、分析企业所需技术情报,提供技术竞争的信息服务和咨询服务,为消除企业技术创新流程的复杂性和的结果不确定性提供一种信息保障。有效的竞争情报工作可以帮助企业很好地监测技术竞争环境、技术竞争对手的活动以及企业自身的运营状况,从而增强企业的技术预测和反应能力。 基于以上原因,本研究对企业技术创新中的竞争情报作用机制进行了深入探讨,分析竞争情报在企业技术创新战略制定,以及企业技术创新不同模式(包括自主创新、开放式创新以及技术创新联盟)中的作用。另外,本文还对相关典型企业的实例进行了分析,这能为竞争情报在我国企业技术创新战略与管理中的实践活动提供一种有效的理论指导。 本文采用了文献调查、归纳与演绎、问卷调查、专家调查、案例分析等方法,对企业技术创新中的竞争情报问题进行了研究。全文共九章,各部分内容如下: 第一章绪论部分在分析本文研究背景以及研究目的、研究意义的基础上,说明了本文的研究思路、框架与内容,指出了本文采用的研究方法和主要创新点。 第二章为文献综述,分别从企业技术创新、企业竞争情报、技术竞争情报三个与本文相关的理论领域,对国内外的相关研究情况进行了总结与评述,为本文的后续相关主体部分的内容研究奠定了基本理论和方法基础。 第三章详细分析了企业技术创新的流程模型,分析了该过程的复杂性,以及技术创新成果的不确定性,为后续的技术竞争情报在技术创新中的应用提供了研究的起点。另外,本章还通过调查问卷的方式,了解了企业技术创新中竞争情报的应用情况。 第四章阐述了企业技术创新战略制定中的竞争情报应用。企业技术创新战略作为企业总体战略的一个部分,目前其重要性越来越大。本章分析了竞争情报在企业技术创新战略制定中的重要作用,以及在应用中的注意事项。 第五章论述了自主技术创新方式下的竞争情报功能及其所用情报的应用类。要创建国家自主创新体系,作为创新主体的企业必须加强创新过程中的竞争情报建设,以此提高创新成功率。 第六章论述开放式技术创新方式下的竞争情报应用。本章在阐述了开放式创新基本理论的基础上,讨论开放式创新中不同技术实现方式的相关注意事项。 第七章论述技术创新联盟方式下的竞争情报应用。合作创新已成为企业创新的常用策略。作为合作创新的一种重要形式,本章分析了技术创新联盟方式中所遇到的竞争情报问题,以及针对不同问题应该采取的竞争情报方法。 第八章进行了典型案例调研与分析,然后根据分析的结果,重点阐述了面向企业技术创新的技术竞争情报服务体系创建方案,以及相关的保障机制建设。 第九章,结论与展望。作为论文的结尾,总结了本研究的主要结论与贡献,并讨论研究的局限性,对未来的研究方向提出了建议。 本文的创新之处具体体现在以下三个方面: 第一,着重从竞争情报的角度,研究企业技术创新问题。这无论是对技术经济管理学科领域,还是情报学学科领域,都是一个新的研究视角,这对于丰富两个不同学科的交叉研究和内容融合,以及后续研究都有创新价值。 第二,针对技术创新的演变趋势,确定了面向技术创新战略管理以及应对不同创新模式(自主创新、开放式创新、技术创新联盟)的竞争情报解决方案。 第三,从竞争情报服务技术创新的视角出发,确定了企业技术创新情报服务体系的建设内容,并建立了上述服务体系稳定运行的保障机制。 
英文摘要:The competitive environment of modern enterprise is full of dynamics complexity, and uncertainty. Enterprise technology innovation strategy has become the basic requirements for enterprise survival and development. It is also one of the principal means of building a national innovation system to enhance enterprise technology innovation capacity. Therefore, many countries have been continuously providing a variety of facilities on enterprise technological innovation, such as capital, technology, policy, personnel, marketing, services, and environment. The process of technological innovation involves many activities (such as the formulation of the technology strategy, implementation of research and development policy, process design, product innovation or pilot projects, commercial production, market-oriented operation, and so on), thus the enterprise technological innovation is likely to encounter a variety of risks at the whole process and may be led to different uncertain results. Fortunately, technology competitive intelligence, which introduced competitive intelligence into enterprises product process to collect, collate, analyze technical information and provided technical competition, information services and consulting services, had been vigorously developing recently. It can protect enterprises from the risk of complex technological innovation process and its uncertain results. Effective competitive intelligence work can help enterprises monitor technological competitive activities, technological competitive environmentand , strengthens the technological forecast and reactive abilities, as well as operating conditions. The research probed into the operational mechanism of competitive intelligence, analyzes the role of competitive intelligence in the formulation of corporate technology innovation strategy, as well as different modes of technological innovation (including independent innovation, open innovation and technological innovation alliance). In addition, the article conducted a case study on typical businesses, which could direct the practice of enterprises technical innovation strategy and management in China. Many research methods were used in this dissertation,such as nductive and deductive method, literature analysis, case study, iquestionnaire survey, and so on. The dissertation was divided into nine chapters . Chapter I introduced the background, intent and significance, and sketched out the main content, framework, methods, and the innovations of the research. Chapter II reviewed the relevant research on technical innovation, enterprises competitive intelligence and competitive technical intelligence, which formed the theoretical and methodological base of the research. Chapter III analyzed the mode of technological innovation process in detail, which was full of complexity with uncertain results. Thus provides a starting point for the application of technical competitive intelligence in technological innovation. In the end of the chapter, a questionnaire inquiry was used to investigate the application status of competitive intelligence in the enterprise technological innovation. Chapter IV studied the development of corporate technology innovation strategy in the competitive intelligence applications. Corporate technology innovation strategy, as part of the overall enterprise strategy, had been becoming more and more important. The chapter analyzed the importance of competitive intelligence in the formulation of corporate technology innovation strategy, as well as its application tactics. Chapter V discussed the functions of competitive intelligence in independent innovation and classified it into several topics. It’s pointed out that enterprises should strengthen the competitive intelligence construction in the process of innovation to promote the advance of innovation. Chapter VI discussed the application of competitive intelligence in open technological innovation. After summarizing the basic theory of open technological innovation, different ways and their implementation strategies were discussed. Chapter VII discussed the application of competitive intelligence under technological innovation alliances. Co-innovation has become a common strategy for business innovation. As an important form of cooperation and innovation, technological innovation alliances encountered many problems in competitive intelligence; measures on solving such kind of problems were taken into account. In chapter VIII,the author carried out a case study. According to the results, the author raised a technological competitive intelligence service system, as well as related protection mechanisms, focused on business technological innovation. In the last Chapter, conclusions and contributions,as well as the limitation of the research, several directions on future research in the field, were summed up. Innovations of the research include: Firstly, the research studied on enterprise technology innovation from a technical point of view—competitive technical intelligence. This is new for both technical economic & management disciplines and information science disciplines, which could richen crossover study and promote content integration of different disciplines. Secondly, in connection with the evolution trend of technological innovation, the research brought forward some competitive intelligence solutions in response to technological innovation strategies and different modes of technological innovation management—independent technological innovation, open technology innovation, technical innovation alliance. Thirdly, from the perspective of competitive intelligence service in technological innovation, the research defined the content and operation guarantee of information service system in corporate technological innovation .
