中文摘要：	随着我国工业化进程的不断加快，装备制造业在国民经济体系中的地位不断加强，为进一步优化产业结构，国家陆续出台了十大产业振兴规划，其中包括《装备制造业调整和振兴规划》。另一方面，全球经济一体化进程不断走向深入，国际产业转移的方式和领域也出现了新的变化，一些高技术、高附加值的重工业和装备制造业也开始向包括我国在内的发展中国家转移。这些变化，对处于装备制造业中的通裕重工股份有限公司，创造了发展的新的历史机遇。 通裕重工股份有限公司目前正处于迅猛发展的扩张期。公司由原来资产不足千万的乡镇企业逐步发展壮大为拥有近三十亿资产的规范的股份制公司，其成功之处在于其早期正确的战略选择和战略管理。目前，公司正积极筹备上市工作，这必将大大提升公司的整体管理水平和运营能力，同时公司的万吨压机项目及其配套工程，陆续竣工投产，这必将推动企业整体生产能力跨入国家重机行业的第一方阵。公司的迅猛发展，对企业的宏观战略管理水平提出了更高的要求。因此研究这一课题，对企业的发展意义重大。本文立足企业实际，结合目前国内外研究现状，运用了PEST分析法、SWOT分析法和价值链分析的方法，深入分析了通裕重工所处的内部和外部环境，分析了企业发展所面临的机遇和挑战，指出了企业自身的优势和劣势。在公司层面，分析了以发展型战略为基础的同心多样化战略实施的可能性和必要性，以及纵向一体化战略的可行性；在经营层面，重点分析了成本领先战略和差异化战略在通裕发展中的应用和发展。文章还论述了公司战略实施的保障体系的构建和战略实施的具体措施，以及战略控制的原则和措施。 文章通过对通裕重工股份有限公司的战略管理研究，对企业面对激烈的竞争环境下，如何针对自身的资源特点作出合适的战略选择，具有一定的借鉴意义。文章对通裕重工股份有限公司的进一步发展提出了合理化的建议。
英文摘要：	With the accelerating process of China's industrialization, which is strengthening the position of the equipment manufacturing industry in the national economic system continuously, China processively issued altogether ten industrial revitalization plan including the restructuring and revitalization plan for equipment manufacturing industry in order to further optimize industrial structure. On the other hand, according to the rapid progress of the global economic integration process in depth, new changes have taken place in the ways and fields of international industry transfer, such as, high-tech heavy industries and equipment manufacturing industries of high added value are being transferred to developing countries like China. All the above mentioned changes created new historic opportunity of development for Tongyu Heavy Industry Ltd which specializes in equipment manufacturing. Tongyu Heavy Industry Ltd is currently booming in the period of expansion. It grows from a rural enterprise with capital of several million RMB into an around 3 billion captital joint-stock enterprise, the success of which lies in its correct strategy selection and management in earlier stage. At present, the company is busy with preparing for IPO, which will greatly enhance the company's overall management and operational capabilities. Additionally, the project of 1,2000 T Press and its Auxiliary projects are completed one by one, which will surely make the overall production capacity of Tongyu rank front in the National Heavy Machinery Industry. The rapid development of Tongyu raised the standard for the macroscopic Strategy Management, therefore, the study of this project is of great significance to the development of the company. Based on the reality and the research findings home and abroad, this study analyses the internal and external environment of the company, chances and challenges faced with, and indicates its advantages and disadvantages by using the PEST Analysis, SWOT analysis and Value Chain Analysis. It also analysed the possibility and necessary of the Concentric Diversification Strategy which is based on the strategy of development pattern, and the feasibility of the Verticalinte Gration Strategy at the corporate level; In terms of operation, this study explores deeply into the application and development of the cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy during the Tongyu's development. It also discusses the construction of the safeguard measure system for strategy implementation, and its specific measure, as well as the strategic control principles and measures. This research, which mainly investigates the strategy management of Tongyu Heavy Industry Ltd, is of great referential significance to enterprises on how to make the proper choice according to their own strengths when faced with fierce competition. Moreover, rationalization proposals will be brought forward in the study regarding the further development of Tongyu Heavy Industry Ltd.
