中文摘要:近些年,随着房地产行业的蓬勃发展,越来越多的房地产开发公司如雨后春笋般的涌现出来,每一家房地产企业都面临着前所未有的竞争局面。在知识经济时代,人才资源成为企业生存与发展的关键资源,人才对企业发展的重要意义比以往任何时期都更加凸显,谁拥有人力资源的优势,谁才能在竞争中立于不败之地,房地产作为资金和人才双密集行业,企业间的人才争夺问题在此时显得尤为突出。企业要跟上时代的步伐,要适应残酷的行业竞争,就要拥有自己的人才优势。国有房地产企业一般规模大、实力强,在吸引人才方面有自己的优势,那么如何才能用自己的一套管理机制和方法用好人、留住人、减少人才流失便成为民营房地产企业经营发展中的一个重要问题。 本文运用现代管理理论、人力资源管理理论、组织行为学位等个领域的相关理论以及分析方法,分析SIN房地产开发公司的核心员工流失问题。在正文中分析了房地产行业发展现状、核心员工特征,介绍了SIN公司核心员工流失的现状,探讨了SIN公司核心员工流失的社会、组织和个人三个层次的原因以及为企业带来的严重后果和影响,并针对房地产行业核心员工特点从人才观念、激励机制、培训与开发等几个方面提出了适合SIN公司的核心员工流失控制措施。同时,由于核心员工流失现象不可能完全杜绝,只可能在一定程度上得到缓解,论文进一步探讨了减小核心员工流失后给企业的造成损失的对策措施。  
英文摘要:The recent years, along with the real estate industry flourish development, the more and more real estate development company like bamboo shoots after a spring rain as well up, each real estate enterprise all are facing the unprecedented competition aspect. In the knowledge economy time, the human resources became the enterprise survival and the development essential resources, the talented person the vital significance which developed to the enterprise all even more highlight compared to formerly any time, who had the human resources superiority, who could remain invincible in the competition, the real estate took the fund and the talented person double crowded profession, enterprise's talented people competed the question to appear the outstandingly in this time. The enterprise needs to follow the times’ step, must adapt the brutal profession competition, must have own talented person superiority. Country-owned real estate enterprise general scale big, strength, in attracts the talented person aspect to have own superiority, then how can use an own set of management mechanism and the method with the good person, retains the human, reduces the talents person running become an important question for privately real estate enterprise. This article utilizes the modern management theory, the human resources management theory, the organization behavior degree and so on the domain correlation theories as well as the analysis method, analyzes the SIN real estate development company the core staff drains the question. Has analyzed the real estate profession development present situation, the talented person characteristic in the main text, introduced the SIN Corporation core staff drains the present situation, has discussed social, the organization and individual three level reason as well as the serious results and the influence which the SIN Corporation core staff drains which brings for the enterprise, and aimed at the real estate profession talented person characteristic from the talented person idea, the inspirit mechanism, training and the development and so on several aspects proposed suited SIN Corporation the core staff drained the control measure. At the same time, because the core staff drains the phenomenon not to be impossible to cease completely, only possibly to a certain extent gained the alleviation, after the paper further discusses reduced the core staff to drain causes the losses for the enterprise the countermeasure measure.
