中文摘要: 大众旅游的兴起和商务旅行的增加,促进了经济型酒店的产生和发展。通过连锁经营模式,经济型酒店实现了规模化发展和迅速扩张。如家、七天、汉庭酒店集团陆续在海外上市,国内经济型连锁酒店集团面临着良好的发展机遇。经济型酒店行业竞争日益激烈,酒店迅速扩张中的管理人才不足问题显现。 管理培训生项目,是通过国外跨国企业引入的人力资本投资和人才培养项目。为解决酒店扩张中的管理人才储备问题,经济型酒店引进和实施了管理培训生项目,选拔合适的高校毕业生,进行针对性的培训,轮岗实践,考核与晋升,使其快速成长为酒店行业管理精英。本文在对经济型酒店管理培训生项目进行深入分析的基础上,研究管理培训生项目评估体系的构建。 本文共分五章。第一章为导论,主要介绍选题背景,意义,创新点,研究现状和框架思路。第二章为相关理论综述,对人力资本,职业生涯以及项目管理相关理论进行文献梳理,并对管理培训生项目的内涵和意义进行总结。第三章对经济型酒店的管理培训生项目特点进行分析,基于人力资本视角分析经济型酒店的连锁经营以及人才问题,并结合案例项目实施进行概括和分析。第四章是经济型酒店管理培训生项目评估体系的构建,主要分析管理培训生项目的评估原则和意义,对现有管理培训生模型进行评析,根据项目生命周期理论构建了项目评估模型,并依据项目工作分解结构,选取评估指标。第五章是案例分析,通过对格林豪泰酒店管理培训生项目的资料分析,基于项目目标的设立与实现,项目化运作与实施,管理培训生的业务与管理能力提升,管理培训生的晋升与流失四个评估要素对企业的管理培训生项目效果进行评价,提出酒店管理培训生项目需要改善的建议。 本文对经济型酒店的管理培训生项目进行了系统和深入分析,弥补了相关理论研究的不足,结合项目评估理论,构建项目评估模型和项目评估指标体系,对经济型酒店项目评估实践提供借鉴。针对格林豪泰酒店管理培训生项目的效果评价和完善建议,对项目的改善有一定的指导意义。 
英文摘要:The rise of mass tourism and increase in business travel promoted the emergence and development of economy hotels. Through the chain operation, economy hotels achieved rapid expansion. With Home Inns, 7 days Inn and Hanting Inns listing abroad successively, economy hotels group face with good opportunities for development. Meanwhile, the economy hotels industry enters the increasingly competitive age. The problem of talent shortage appears because of hotel rapid expansion. Management Trainee Program (MTP), introduced from oversea enterprises, is a human capital investment and personnel training program. Aimed at resolving the talent reserve problem, the economy hotels introduce and implement the MTP, selecting the right college graduates, conducting targeted training, job rotation practices, evaluation and promotion, so that the trainee could grow up into hotel industry management elite in short period of time. This thesis is based on the thorough analysis of economy hotel MTP, studying the construction of Management Trainee Program Evaluation System. This thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter is the introduction of the background, meaning, innovations, research situation and frame. The second chapter is about the theories of this thesis, combing through the literature of Human Capital, Career, and Project Management, summarizing the connotation and meaning of the MTP. The third chapter is about the character of the MTP in economy hotels, analyzing the chain operation and talent problem based on the human capital theory, summarizing the program implement combining the cases. The forth chapter is about the construction of MTP evaluation system, concentrating on the principle and meaning of the MTP evaluation, commenting the MTP evaluation model in existence, constructing the MTP evaluation model of economy hotels in chain according to the program lifecycle theory, selecting the evaluation index based on the work breakdown structure. The fifth chapter is the case study. Through the analysis of the information in the Green Tree Chain Inn, estimate the effect of the MTP, and give the recommendations. The thesis analyzes the economy hotel MTP systemic to make up for lack of relevant theory, constructs the model and the index system of MTP evaluation to be a reference of the economy MTP evaluation practice. The effect estimation and recommendations of the Green Tree Chain Inn give directions to the perfection of MTP.
