| 中文摘要: | 大型煤炭企业的产业整合发展关系到我国能源发展的质量和水平,关系到我国节能减排工作的进展和深度,更关系到我国能源的长远发展方向。本文主要研究社会主义市场经济条件下,大型煤炭企业产业整合发展问题。 本文首先对产业整合的相关理论进行梳理和回顾,包括企业战略管理理论、产业整合理论、企业竞争力理论等。其次,本文针对国内外大型煤炭企业产业整合的现状进行了分析,对整合中的经验和问题进行了阐述,对整合的主要形式进行了归纳。 在上述研究工作基础上,本文以中国特大型煤炭企业---阳煤集团的产业整合发展探索为例,进行了初步的研究。首先对阳煤集团产业整合进行一般环境分析、行业环境分析、产业整合价值链分析、产业战略领域分析。在以上分析过程中,本文针对目前产业发展条件下,迈克尔•波特的产业竞争环境“五力”模型和企业赢得竞争优势的三个基本战略的局限性,提出产业竞争环境的“六力”模型和包括循环经济战略的四个基本战略。此外,本文还根据产业整合过程中的实际,结合迈克尔•波特价值链分析模式,提出了产业整合价值链分析的主要模式,包括:识别和界定产业整合的价值活动、分析产业整合的关键驱动因素、产业整合绩效的描述和评估。 最后,本文提出了阳煤集团产业整合发展的使命和目标,以及以循环经济战略为基础战略、低成本领先、产品和服务差异化、目标集聚为基本战略的产业整合发展构想。对阳煤集团循环经济基础战略和低成本领先、差异化、目标集聚战略的实施,产业整合绩效的评估进行了探讨,提出了基本的思路。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Large-scale coal enterprise integrating industry development in China's energy development in relation to the quality and level of the China energy conservation and emission reduction, and the progress of the work and the depth of the long-term relationship to China energy development direction.This paper mainly studies under the condition of socialist market economy, large-scale coal enterprise integrating industry.This paper firstly industrial integration theory analysis and review, including the enterprise strategic management theory, industrial integration theory, the theory of enterprise competitiveness.Secondly, based on domestic and foreign large-scale coal enterprise integrating industry is analyzed, and the problems of the experience of integration is discussed, the main form of integration. Based on the above research work in China, based on the large-scale coal enterprises YangMei group - the industrial integration development of exploration, for example, has carried on the preliminary research.First of YangMei group industrial integration analysis, general industry environment, industrial integration chain analysis and strategy for the field analysis.In the process of the above analysis, the paper industry development present condition, Michael porter industrial competition environment "five" model and the enterprise competitive advantages of three basic strategy of industrial competition environment, puts forward the limitations of "six force" model and includes four basic strategy of circular economy.In addition, this paper also according to the actual process of industrial integration, Michael porter value-chain analysis model, put forward the value chain analysis of industrial integration pattern recognition and definition, including: the value of industrial integration activities, analyzing the key factors driving industrial integration and industrial integration of performance evaluation and description. Finally, this paper puts forward the development of YangMei group industrial integration, and the mission and objectives based on circular economy strategy, strategic, low-cost products and services for the basic goal, differentiation strategy of industrial agglomeration integration development idea.YangMei group based on circular economy strategic and low cost lead, differentiation, goals, to implement the strategy of industrial cluster and integration of performance evaluation is discussed, and puts forward the basic train of thought. | |
