中文摘要: | ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)是利用现代企业的先进管理思想为企业提供决策、计划、控制与经营业绩评估的全方位和系统化的管理平台。是在信息管理系统基础上逐步发展起来的被广泛用于企业管理的信息化系统。其发展经历了MRP、MRP-Ⅱ、ERP等阶段,现已逐渐成为世界范围内为企业管理层提供有效决策、管理的信息系统。我国自改革开放初期引进MRP系统以来,经过了启动期、成长期以及成熟期的历练和转变,ERP系统已经成为我国企业提升管理水平的重要手段和体系。 在当今越来越激烈的全球竞争环境下,大企业集团作为我国经济发展的中流砥柱,经营发展面临重重压力,实施企业资源计划(ERP)项目,用信息化带动工业化,用现代手段辅助管理层决策,提高集团总部的管理水平和能力成为大企业集团提高核心竞争力的必然选择。 本文通过对ERP系统的形成以及我国企业应用ERP系统情况的分析,深度挖掘实施ERP系统对于我国企业,特别是集团企业在提升管理水平和竞争力的现实意义和出现的相关问题。同时以天津市最大的国有企业—天津泰达控股有限公司作为企业集团实施ERP系统的典型案例,通过分析其实施的背景,上线过程以及实施前后整体效果的明显对比,总结出集团企业实施ERP系统的现实意义。并进一步分析出集团企业在实施ERP过程中所出现的普遍性问题。最后通过解决主客观两方面对集团企业在实施ERP系统提出对策和建议。 | |
英文摘要: | ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is the overall and systematic management platform to provide the enterprise with decision, planning, controlling and operation performance evaluation using advanced management method of modern enterprise. It is the widely used the information system in enterprise management based on the information management system. Through the development stages of MRP, MRP-Ⅱ and ERP, it has been developed as the information system providing efficient decision and management for the enterprise management level in the world wide. Since the introducing of MRP in the beginning of the reform and opening-up in China, ERP has become the important method and system for the improvement of management level of Chinese enterprises, through the experiencing and changes of the beginning, growing and maturing stages. In the fiercer globe competition environment, the large-size groups, as the cornerstone in the economy development, are under great pressure. To implement ERP, to make imformatization drive industrialization and to use modern methods assisting management decision and to improve the management level and ability of the headquarters of the groups has become the inevitable choice to raise the core competition. Based on the analysis of the formation of ERP system and the enterprise’s applications of ERP system, the paper studies fully the practical significance and related issues of the implementation of ERP systems for enterprises in China, in particular the Group companies to upgrade management level and competitiveness. Meanwhile, based on the case study of the implementation of ERP systems of the largest state-owned enterprises in Tianjin - Tianjin TEDA Investment Holding Co., the paper analyses the background, the on-line process and the overall effect contrast before and after the implementation, and concludes the practical significance of implementation of ERP systems in group companies. And the paper further analyses the general problems arising in the process of the implementation of ERP in Group companies. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the implementation of ERP systems in Group companies by both subjective and objective solutions. | |
