中文摘要：	摘 要 2005年7月21日，我国对人民币汇率机制实行改革，至2010年1月人民币兑美元累计升值了17%，且从种种迹象来看，目前人民币正面临着国际上新一波的升值压力。汇改以来，人民币汇率机制更为灵活，而其中蕴藏的风险也更加巨大，涉外企业都面临着严重的外汇风险，如何有效地管理外汇风险是企业非常迫切地希望解决的难题，研究该课题非常有现实意义。 本文主要分为四个部分： 第一章对介绍了本文的选题背景和意义，回顾了外汇风险管理最近的发展趋势。 第二章简单研究了外汇风险及外汇风险管理的相关知识。分别介绍了外汇风险的含义及分类和外汇风险管理的理论及内容。 第三章以我国上市公司为例分析了目前我国涉外企业外汇风险管理的现状情况。 第四章为本文的重点部分。将上述研究运用于实际工作中，对笔者所在的GW公司所面临的外汇风险进行分析，通过对GW公司的外汇风险实例的分析，得出了对GW公司增强外汇风险管理意识、完善风险管理机构，充分利用避险工具等外汇风险管理的建议。 外汇风险管理有赖于企业和风险管理者在日常的实际工作中的不断积累。我国涉外企业必须提高外汇风险管理意识，在经受风险的过程中不断探索规避风险的策略，从而有效地防范汇率风险。
英文摘要：	Abstract China launched reform on its RMB exchange rate forming system on July 21, 2005, till Jan 2010, appreciation of the RMB rate against U.S. dollar has reached as much as 17 percent. There are more and more evidences appear, RMB rate have more pressure form the International market. Form the reform of exchange rate, the exchange rate of RMB is more flexible, and there are more huge risks in the exchange risk. So it’s a big problem for the foreign trade company to how to control the exchange risk, and the title of the study also has great Practical significance. This paper is divided into four parts: Chapter I, briefly introduced the topic background of this article and significance of this research. Chapter II, there is a general introduction of the theory of foreign exchange risk and foreign exchange risk managements, showing the development of the theory, classical theory as well as a brief introduction of the latest academic theory. Chapter III, Analysis of experiences on Listed Companies in the foreign exchange risk management. Chapter IV, it is the emphasis of this paper, analysis the foreign exchange risks in the auditor’s company—the GW corporate, find the way to control the foreign exchange risk through strengthen the awareness of risk prevention, use the foreign exchange risk control tools. Foreign exchange risks management depends on enterprises and corporate risk managers accumulate experience in the day-to-day practical work. Our foreign trade company must enhance the sense of risk management, speed up studying and researching the methods of foreign exchange management, so it can control the foreign exchange risks effective.
