中文摘要：	在发达国家，信息产业已经成为国民经济的重要支柱之一，对经济发展起着举足轻重的作用。作为信息产业的灵魂和核心的软件产业，已经成为各国国民经济中极为重要的战略性产业，软件产业的技术水平和产业规模成为一个国家综合国力和现代化程度的重要标志。目前，世界各国都在积极地采取鼓励措施，加快本国软件产业的发展并进一步促进本国信息产业的发展，提高本国的信息化程度。 我国软件产业一直保持快速增长，但从全球来看，我国软件产业份额还十分弱小，而且业务大多集中在一部分应用软件上，而如操作系统、数据库、办公软件和大型应用软件等核心地带，则完全被欧美软件产业所垄断。我国软件产业如何应用产业集群这一经济组织形态，以此促进软件产业深化分工，提升产业的核心竞争力，是关系到我国软件产业发展和科技兴国战略的重大课题。本研究旨在通过实证分析软件产业园区发展状况，提出我国软件产业园区高成长的机理和战略，进而为我国信息产业的可持续发展提供理论和实践依据。具体而言，本研究以理论开拓和实际应用为目标，在梳理归纳相关理论文献的基础上，从分析我国软件产业现实环境与发展趋势入手，对软件产业的高成长战略进行系统探讨和分析，探寻基于网络的软件产业高成长模式和动力机制，进而为软件产业的良好发展提供决策参考。 本研究的创新点归纳如下： 第一，研究思路和视角上的创新。回顾国内外文献不难发现，目前关于软件产业园区发展问题的研究，大多是从软件产业发展轨迹和现状问题着手，对软件产业发展的路径和对策进行的实证分析，很少有文献对软件产业的成长战略进行专门研究，尤其是从创新网络的视角对这一问题进行的研究更是鲜见，既有的文献也缺乏系统性，而本文研究正是在这一方面做出的一次尝试。 第二，系统提出了基于网络的软件产业园区高成长机理。阐释了企业高成长的本质涵义，分析了影响园区高成长的相关因素，探讨了集群发展的动力机制，在此基础上，首次概括了基于网络的园区高成长的五种理论模式，提出了中国目前软件产业园区的三种实践模式，并进一步指出资源整合和创新是软件产业园区高成长的关键要素。
英文摘要：	In developed country, the information industry has already become one major pillar of national economy and played an important part in the development of national economy. As the soul and core of information industry, software industry has become a very important national strategic industry in many countries. The technical level and industrial scale of software industry has been the standard to judge the degree of modernization and national power. At present, many countries take positive measures to develop the software industry and information industry to promote the construction of national informatization. In our country, taking great efforts to develop software industry is the important way to achieve the strategic target of implementing the scientific view of development, walking the new industrialization path, the comprehensive construction well-off society and promoting the harmonious development between man and nature. The software industry in China keeps growing fast. But it just takes a little proportion in the world's market, and just focuses on some application software. The core part of the software industry, such as operating system, database, OS and large application software were monopolized by accidents. So how to adopt industrial clusters to accelerate the divide the work and upgrade the core compete ability of the software industry is a significant question for discussion about our country's stratagem. In this thesis, based on the describing of development of the software park, we bring forward mechanism and the stratagem about how to make sure the software park grows quickly. And this result can be use as the academic and practical evident for the sustainable development of our country's software industry. Practically, in the thesis, we aimed at the theory's expanding and the practical apply. Based on the relative literature, at first, we analyze the realistic environment and the developing trend of our country's software industry. Then we make the systemic analyses of how to make sure the software park grows quickly. At last, we bring forward mechanism and the stratagem about it, and the result can be used as a reference of how to develop the software industry in China. The possible innovations of this thesis are as follows: Firstly, the research mentality and research angles are innovative. Reviewing the domestic and foreign literature, we can find that many positive researches about software park analyze the development way and countermeasure of software industry by the development path and present situation. Only a few researches analyze the growth strategy of software industry. The researches from the perspective of innovation networks are particularly rare. This thesis is an attempt to analyze the growth strategy of software industry from the perspective of innovation networks. Secondly, based on the network, we bring forward the high-growth mechanism of software industry. At first, we explain the essential implication of high-growth enterprise. And then, we analyze the factors that influence the high-growth of software park and the develop mechanism of industrial clusters. At last, based on network, we bring forward the five growth patterns of the software park for the first time and point out that resource integration and innovation are the key factors to the high-growth of the software park.
