中文摘要:民俗旅游资源是我国也是人类的珍贵的财富,是我国各民族经过历史的发展所积累下的宝贵的民族基因和文化记忆。随着旅游者求新求异心理的增长,民俗旅游资源受到旅游者的不断热捧,旅游者的脚步已经遍布至世界的每一个地方。随着民俗开发的不断深入,许多矛盾也逐渐的凸显出来,以产业化、商业化为特点的旅游业逐渐影响到旅游地文化的真实性,如何在保持民俗旅游地文化的传承和发展的情况下,满足旅游者获得真实性民俗旅游体验的需求,是许多民俗旅游开发者要考虑的问题。 有关真实性理论,西方学者经过了几十年的研究,逐渐分为四种流派:即客观主义真实、建构主义真实、后现代主义真实和存在主义真实,这四种理论流派分别是从旅游客体和旅游主体的真实性两个方面来考虑的。笔者认为,民俗旅游的开发最重要的是保证民俗文化开发的真实性,只有开发的民俗项目和民俗文化具有真实性,才能够保证旅游者体验的真实性及旅游目的地文化的发展和进步,才能有利于民俗文化的传播和发扬。 本文首先就旅游中的真实性理论进行论述,通过对四种真实性理论的总结和阐述,构建出本文的理论基础和理论平台,并在此基础上结合出目前我国民俗旅游开发中所存在的问题,提出真实性视角下民俗旅游开发的原则和策略,并结合具体的案例进行分析,试图探寻出我国民俗可持续旅游发展的道路。 全文共分为五章:第一章为绪论,主要阐述了本文的研究背景和研究意义,及整篇文章的研究框架;第二章为民俗旅游和真实性相关理论的阐述;第三章总结出了目前我国民俗旅游所存在的问题,及真实性视角下民俗旅游开发的必要性;第四章通过对四种民俗旅游开发模式的论述及一些民俗旅游问题的深入阐述,提出真实性视角下民俗率开发的原则和策略;第五章则根据前文的论述,结合徽州民俗旅游开发的具体案例,提出真实性视角下徽州民俗旅游开发的具体措施。  
英文摘要:Folk Tourism resources is a precious asset of humanity and nation’s genes and cultural memory which accumulated through the development of various nationalities.With the growth of tourist whose psychology requesting novelty and difference,and folk tourism resources are constantly pursuited, tourists has been to every place of the world.With the deepening development of folk tourism, and many contradictions gradually appeared, tourism which features of the industrialization and commercialization, has been impacted the cultural authenticity of the destination gradually.How to meet the needs of getting authenticity experience through folk travel under the the situation that maintaining and develop the folk culture,is a problem that many developers have to consider. After decades of research,the theory about authenticity increasingly divided into four schools:objectivist authenticity,constructivist authenticity, post-modernist authenticity and existentialist authenticity, and these four schools are considered from two angles which are tourism object and tourism subject.The author believes that the most important is to ensure the authenticity of the development of folk culture; only the development of the folk culture with authenticity, would ensure the authenticity of tourist experience and cultural development and progress of tourism destination, and would conducive to the spread and promote folk culture. This paper discourse the authenticity theory of tourism firstly, to build the theoretical basis and theoretical platform of this paper by summaring and elaborating the the four theory of authenticity, and on this basis, to propose principles and strategies under the perspective of authenticity, combined with the current problem of tourism development in our country folk, to attempt to explore the road of sustainable tourism development of folk tourism , combined with analysis of specific cases. The thesis is divided into five chapters: chapter1 is an introduction, which mainly expounds the paper’s researching background,significance and research framework;Chapter 2 is the elaboration of theories about tourism folk and authenticity; Chapter 3 is summarized the problem at present of China Folk tourism, and the need for tourism development under the view of authenticity;chapter 4 is to propose principles and strategies authenticity of folk tourism development under the perspective of authenticity,on the basis of discoursing four folk tourism development models and some folk tourism problems; chapter 5 is to put forward specific measures about the Huizhou folk tourism under the view of authenticity, combined with folk tourism development in Huizhou .
