| 中文摘要: | 随着城市旅游目的地的各项功能的不断完善,城市散客旅游市场也在不断壮大。针对散客旅游市场的特点,城市旅游目的地要通过多种方式来满足散客需求。本文主要针对散客信息需求,主张城市旅游目的地应该大力推进城市散客旅游咨询服务体系的建设。通过旅游咨询中心、旅游集散中心和景区游客服务中心的沟通协作,使得城市旅游咨询服务水平得以完善。在分析了城市散客旅游咨询服务体系各要素的相互关系后,将天津市散客旅游咨询服务体系的建设作为案例进行讨论,提出对建设天津散客旅游咨询服务体系的相关对策。 第一章:作者介绍了文章的选题背景和选题意义;对国内外关于旅游咨询中心的相关文献进行了总结和评述;在此基础上提出本文的研究方法、创新之处和理论框架。 第二章:作者介绍了城市散客旅游咨询服务体系的理论基础,从城市旅游目的地的相关理论出发,分析散客旅游市场的特点,利用旅游市场信息不对称和旅游信息的双向流动模式理论,表明了建设城市散客旅游咨询服务体系的必要性。 第三章:作者介绍了城市散客旅游咨询服务体系的构成要素:旅游咨询中心、旅游集散中心和景区游客服务中心。通过分析各个要素的功能、特点和存在的问题,提出改进的建议。 第四章:作者分析了城市散客旅游咨询服务体系的内部结构,以及各个要素之间的相互关系。在此基础上,提出建设城市散客旅游咨询服务体系所要遵循的原则。 第五章:以天津市为例,分析天津散客旅游咨询服务的发展现状以及存在的问题,对天津散客旅游咨询服务体系的建设提出建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of the city functions, the FIT market is growing big quikly. According to the features of the FIT , the city tourism destination must adopt all the measures to satisfy the needs of the FIT. This paper aims at the tourism information need of the FIT and proposes to build a travel consulting system for the FIT of the city tourism destination. Analyzing the connections of the Visitor Information Centor in the city, the Travel Logistic Centor in the city and the Service Centor in the senic spot, this paper concludes that buliding a travel consulting system is a good way to consummate the travel consulting service of the city tourism destination. Then this paper takes Tianjin for example to put the travel consulting system into practice. In ChapterⅠ, the writer mainly makes a introduction of the background,theoretical and practical sense, used methods and writing framework of this study. In ChapterⅡ, the writer mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the travel consulting system. Based on the city function theory, the features of the FIT, the asymmetry of information of the tourism market and the double-flow model of the tourism information, the writer ayalyzes the reasons for buiding the system. In ChapterⅢ, the writer discusses the components of the travel consulting system. Discuss the connections of the different components and make suggestions to solve the problems of the travel consulting service in the city tourism destination. In ChapterⅣ, the writer builds the structure of the travel consulting system. And then the writer raises some principles on building the travel consulting system of the city tourism destination. In ChapterⅤ, the writer takes Tianjin for example. The writer analyzes the current problems of the travel consulting service in Tianjin. And give some advice on building the travel consulting system in Tianjin. | |
