中文摘要: | 当今社会,经济发展越来越迅速,全球化、信息化迅速发展,跨国公司、大中型企业越来越多,经营范围更加广泛。伴随这些而来的是竞争的日益激烈。企业要想在竞争中生存并取得利润,首先就需要整合资源,降低成本,提高效率,以此提高企业核心竞争优势,在激烈的市场竞争中获得一席之地。正是在这样的情况下,资源的共享成为一种趋势。尤其是在大中型企业中,共享服务作为一种新的管理模式在企业间流行。人力资源共享服务则作为继财务共享后的主要共享服务模式被越来越多的企业所采用。在这样的情况下,本文选取人力资源共享服务中心作为研究对象。 | |
英文摘要: | Now, more and more rapid economic development, globalization, the rapid development of information technology, multinational corporations, medium and large enterprises are a wider scope. With these came the increasingly fierce competition. Enterprises are to survive in the competition and gain profits, first, they need to consolidate resource, reduce costs, improve efficiency, thus improving the core competitive edge in the fierce market competition foothold. It is in this case, the resource sharing to become a trend. Especially in large and medium enterprises, shared services is a new management model popular in enterprises. HR Shared Services will be following the financial shares as the main shared services model, after being adopted by more and more enterprises. In such circumstances, the paper selected HR Shared Service Centre for the study. | |
