中文摘要:随着社会经济的发展,技术创新已经成为价值增值的主要方式,将技术创新活动作为项目进行管理已经成为技术创新活动的主要管理模式。由于我国企业的创新管理能力较弱,致使在国际竞争中处于不利的地位,因此研究技术创新型企业项目管理能力提升具有重要理论和现实意义。 论文对企业项目管理、技术创新型企业的内涵和特征进行了界定和表述,阐述了技术创新型企业战略和项目管理能力的重要关系,以及组织结构、企业文化对项目管理能力的影响,在此基础上提出了项目管理能力提升的途径并进行了实证分析,进一步论证了该途径的可行性。 从技术创新型企业的内涵及特征出发,论文在技术创新型企业项目管理能力的构成研究中,提出了技术创新型企业已经从生产竞争、 营销竞争扩展为研究与开发的竞争的观点。在此基础上,进一步研究了企业战略管理和项目管理的密切关系,认为企业战略管理和项目管理的融合会创造企业的竞争优势。论文还阐述了组织体系、企业文化对技术创新、技术创新项目管理的影响以及技术创新项目管理环境对组织体系构建、企业文化建设的要求。对于如何提升技术创新型企业项目管理能力,论文从基于企业总体战略的技术创新战略的选择、构建基于技术创新项目的企业项目管理模式、逐步推进项目导向型企业组织模式的实施、建立适于技术创新的企业文化这四个方面进行了论述。 论文由以下五部分组成,第一部分是绪论及相关理论回顾。论文介绍了课题研究的背景,在此基础上提出了问题,并阐述了本论文研究的目的和意义。第二部分是技术创新型企业项目管理能力构成要素研究。第三部分是技术创新型企业项目管理能力的提升途径。主要从战略管理、组织体系的构建、企业文化的建设三个角度进行了论述。第四部分以深圳华为为案例,对前面三部分内容进行了验证。最后,对前述四部分内容进行总结归纳,得出论文的结论。 
英文摘要:With the social and economic development, technological innovation has become the main form of value-added value. As project management, technical innovation has become the main mode of management. For Chinese enterprises, because of weak management capacity of innovation which has a negative position in international competition innovation-oriented enterprises enhance project management capacity has important theoretical and practical significance. Papers define and express the enterprise project management, technical innovation-oriented enterprises of the content and features on the technological innovation of corporate strategy and project management capability of the important relations and organizational structure, business culture on the impact of project management capability. On this basis, the paper presents a project management capacity and enhances the way the empirical analysis, further demonstrated the feasibility of the way. Technological innovation-oriented enterprises to the content and features started to study in technological innovation-oriented enterprises project management capabilities of a study; the paper presents a view that technological innovation-oriented enterprises have competition from the production, marketing, research and development of competition for the expansion of the competition. On this basis, the paper further study of the business strategic management and project management of the close relationship and that strategic management and enterprise project management integration will create the competitive advantage of enterprises. Papers also described the organizational system, the corporate culture of technical innovation, technological innovation, project management, technical innovation and project management environment on the organizational system building, the building of enterprise culture. On how to enhance technological innovation enterprise project management capabilities, the paper discusses from the following four areas suitable for the establishment of the corporate culture of technological innovation: overall business strategy of technology innovation strategy of choice, building on technical innovation project management business model, and gradually promote the project-oriented enterprises .The implementation of organizational model. This Paper includes the following five components. The first part is the introduction of the theory. This part of the research on the background raised questions and elaborated on the purpose of this paper and significance. The second part is technical innovation-oriented enterprises constitute elements of project management capacity study. Part 3 discusses the technical innovation-oriented enterprises the ability to improve project management approach. This part discusses the main strategic management, organizational systems Construction, and the construction of three corporate culture point of view of the exposition. Part 4 for the case to the Shenzhen Huawei, and the front part of the contents of the three is verified. Finally, this paper summarizes the conclusions of that paper, part of the contents of the aforementioned four.
