| 中文摘要: | 随着知识经济的到来,在企业管理中知识和人才的价值越来越重要。建立科学有效的激励机制,最大限度地激发人的积极性和创造性,提高企业人力资本的价值并防止人才外流,是企业亟待解决的问题。 企业核心员工是那些对企业的生产经营有着重大影响力且短期内难以找到替代者的员工,他们是企业核心竞争力的承载者,是企业生存和发展依赖的基础。随着企业间竞争的加剧,企业核心员工的流失现象也越来越多,企业核心员工集体离职的现象也时有发生。核心员工的流失不仅会带走企业的商业、技术秘密,而且还会增加企业人力资源的重置成本,干扰企业工作绩效,破坏企业凝聚力,削弱企业员工士气,影响企业发展战略。而如果发生核心员工集体流失现象,则有可能会对企业造成致命打击,导致企业破产。如何对待核心员工流失已成为企业领导者尤其是人力资源管理者所面临的一个急待解决的问题。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the arrival of knowledge economy, knowledge and talents have shown their increasing importance day by day, and especially to the enterprise. For the enterprises, it is an urgently-to-be-solved problem that how to establish a scientific and effective incentive policy to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of humans as much as possible, to improve the quality of human resources and avoid the desertion of the talents. Core employees are the staff who have strong impact on the production of the enterprise, and can hardly be replaced within a short period. They are the undertakers of the core competence, and they are the foundation which enterprise existence and development should rely on. The fiercer the competition between the enterprises is, the higher the turnover of the core employees becomes. How to retain the core employees has become a vital problem to the executives especially to those human resource managers. In recent years, the incentive policy of core employees and the measuring of the value of human resources are the hot spots and focal points, but there are few researchers who study on the combination of the two parts. Therefore, based on the theories of human resources value measuring and core employees incentive, this thesis analyzes two of them separately, and puts forward the appliance of human resources value measuring, both in the core employees defining and the incentive methods choosing. In the light of the characteristics of core employees, it has a great significance both in theory and practice that exploring the talents' incentive policy of core employees from the perspective of the quantitative management of human resources. | |
