| 中文摘要： | 本文以现代战略管理和产业经济理论为指导，以山西阳泉煤业集团公司为研究对象，在分析集团公司产业发展环境和总体发展战略的基础上，从阳煤集团的实际出发，研究了主业煤炭产业、电力产业、铝业产业、化工产业以及辅业产业发展战略思路，并论述了实施多种产业发展的具体措施和对策建议。 论文共分为七章：第一章阐述了论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究内容和研究方法。第二章回顾了企业战略、产业多元化等相关理论，并以此作为本论文研究的理论基础。第三章分析了阳泉煤业集团产业发展环境，包括总体宏观环境、煤炭行业环境、国家政策环境、区域经济环境等。第四章研究了阳泉煤业集团的战略定位及产业发展总体目标，在此基础上，第五章提出了阳煤集团产业发展的战略选择，并对重点产业发展项目进行了论述。第六章论述了实施产业发展战略的对策建议。第七章是论文的结论部分，对本文的研究进行概括性归纳和总结。 | |
| 英文摘要： | This modern strategic management and industrial economic theory as a guide, Shanxi Yangquan Coal Industry Group for the study, the analysis of Jituangongsi industry development environment and overall development strategy, based on the reality from Yangquan Coal, of the main coal industry, power industry, aluminum industry, chemical industry and the strategy of development of auxiliary industry, industry, and discusses the implementation of a variety of industry specific measures and suggestions.
