中文摘要: | 上世纪80年代迈克尔•波特所著的《竞争战略》和《竞争优势》,是管理创新里程碑式的理论硕果。管理创新是创造一种新的更有效的方法来整合企业内外资源,以实现既定管理目标的活动。 当今中国的市场变化迅猛,百货业的竞争日趋激烈,靠单一的资源或个别暂时居于优势的定位点已无法支持企业取得市场竞争的长久优势地位。如何因时因地制宜,以创新的思维和方法,在适应性创新的基础上,根据对管理系统的环境可能发生变化的分析,创造必要的条件,不断进行超前性创新,保持“现实需要”与“远大理想”之间的合理张力,把“企业目标”与“社会理想”、“物质”与“精神”、“眼前”与“长远”有机地结合了起来,使企业不仅拥有了今天,而且还把握住了明天,形成良性循环,从而构建具有可持续综合竞争优势的生命型企业,成为百货店面临的重要管理课题。 企业的竞争优势体现为围绕定位点进行营销组合所形成的提供给顾客的利益状态。判定一个企业有无竞争优势,就是看企业是否为相关利益者创造了长期稳定的优于竞争对手的价值。企业多种多样的竞争优势并非完全并列,而是分属不同的层次。竞争优势的研究为企业更好的发展和竞争提供了全新的思路和有效的工具。 本文基于管理创新和竞争优势的基本理论,综合分析了天津乐天百货店的外部环境因素和内部资源、能力与价值要素,运用零售企业消费者关联模型、企业竞争优势层次模型和SWOT分析法等分析工具,对天津乐天百货店的竞争位势进行了综合分析,提出了进行管理创新构建企业竞争优势的方法,以应对日趋复杂和激烈的市场竞争。 | |
英文摘要: | "Competitive Strategy" and "Competitive Advantage" written by Michael Porter in 1980s are the milestones of the theories of management innovation. Companies can create a new and more effective way to combine the external and internal resource in order to achieve the goals of management activities by management innovation. Because of the rapid changing in Chinese market nowadays and the more furious competition in merchandise industry, a single resource or a temporary advantages for individual anchor points have been unable to support the enterprises to obtain long-term competitive advantage status. How to respond to the time the local conditions? With the innovative thinking and methods, how to create necessary conditions according to the analysis of changes that may occur in the enviroment of management system based on the adaptative innovation? How to keep the rational tension between "real needs" and "lofty ideal"? How to combine the" business objectives "and" social ideal "," material "and" spirit "," short term "and" long term "organically? How can enterprises not only own the present, but also grasp the future, accordingly forming a virtuous cycle in order to build a sustainable competitive advantage in an integrated enterprise. All the above have become the important management issues for the department stores. Competitive advantage reflects in the state of benefits which are provided to customers. The criterion of judging a company if it has the competitive advantage or not is if it can supply a long-term and stabilized value which excels its rivals. Diverse competitive advantages of enterprise are not entirely parataxis but belong to different levels. The research of competitive advantages provides the businesses new ideas and effective tools for their better development and competition. This essay provides a comprehensive analysis of the external environment and internal resources, capabilities and value elements of the Lotte department store in Tianjin based on the basic theory of management innovation and competitive advantage. In the essay, we use consumer association model in retail business, hierarchical model of competitive advantage and SWOT analytical method to analysis the competitive advantage for Lotte department store in Tianjin. We put forward the strategic objectives and principles to construct the overall competitive advantage and also illuminate the ways and methods to achieve the competitive advantage in order to cope with increasingly complex and competitive market. | |
