中文摘要：	随着突发事件对经济与社会造成越来越大的影响，企业的应急管理逐渐受到人们的重视。本文从供应链的协调角度，探讨了基于合同的供应链如何应对生产突发情况的问题。 本文所研究的供应链由单制造商和单零售商组成，面对随机市场需求和固定产品价格，通过供应链合同达到协调。本文假设当零售商向供应商提交订单后突发事件发生，对产品的生产造成影响。突发事件使供应商的生产停止，为了完成订单，供应商需要以高于正常水平的生产成本在一定的交货期限内进行生产恢复，且恢复速度越快，生产成本越高。 在生产突发情况下探讨供应链的协调问题，首先得到了集中式供应链的最优生产恢复水平，分别与三种供应链合同下供应商的决策进行比较，分析供应链协调机制所受到的影响。在突发情况后，这三种合同下的供应链都会出现不同程度的不协调状况。接下来针对不同合同下的供应链提出了不同的应对方法：收益共享合同下由零售商援助供应商，数量折扣合同下由零售商提供一个新的批发价合同，回购合同下由供应商单方面降低回购价格。 本文对模型做了数值模拟，发现在这三种合同中，收益共享合同下的供应链的整体利润受到的影响最小，回购合同下的供应链受到影响最大，并且发现当生产成本变化较小时数量折扣合同下的供应链会呈现一定的抗突发性。
英文摘要：	With the great influence on economic and social activity from emergency event, the importance of production disruption management has been recognized by many enterprises. From the perspective of supply chain coordination, this paper discusses the problem how the supply chain deals with the production emergency. The supply chain composed of a supplier and a retailer faces the stochastic demand and fixed price. Supply chain contracts are used to coordinate the supply chain. It is assumed that the production emergency occurs when the retailer submits the order, and then the production of the supplier is influenced. In order to fulfill the retailer order before the due date, the supplier needs to carry out the production recovery on a higher cost consistent with recovery speed. Therefore the problem of supply chain coordination under the production emergency is studied in the paper. First, we obtain the optimal recovery level of the centralized supply chain, and the level is compared with the suppliers’ decisions under three different supply chain contracts. Under the production emergency, the supply chains’ coordination mechanism is broke down with different degrees. Then, different methods are proposed for different contracts. Under the revenue sharing contract, the retailer assists the supplier for higher recovery level. Under the quantity discount contract, the retailer can make a new wholesale contract instead of the original contract. Under the buy-back policy, the supplier reduces the buy-back price for the supply chain coordination. Numerical simulation is made by the model in this paper. It shows that the profit level of supply chain under revenue sharing contract is the highest and that of buy-back contract is lowest. It’s also found that the supply chain under quantity discount contract has the feature of anti-disruption when the disruption cost is low.
