中文摘要：	知识管理和竞争情报作为提升企业竞争力的管理工具，在知识经济环境下发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。知识经济对企业竞争情报来说，即是机遇也是挑战。竞争情报侧重于对外部环境的关注，而知识管理侧重于对内部知识的挖掘和知识的创新，所以两者的整合共建能够有效的整合企业的信息资源，形成知识共享的氛围和实现知识的不断创新。因此，竞争情报要顺应形势的变化，用知识管理的思想、工具以及技术来对系统进行重新的整合，在增强企业的应变能力和创新能力的同时，最终达到提高企业核心竞争力的目的。 本论文在绪论部分介绍了论文的研究背景、目的、意义、研究的方法以及本论文的创新点。 第二章对知识管理和竞争情报理论进行了回顾和综述，并阐述了两者的联系，对知识管理和竞争情报的整合现状进行了归纳和总结。 第三章论述了两者的整合对于企业核心竞争力的作用，分别从知识管理对企业核心竞争力的作用和竞争情报对去企业核心竞争力的作用进行了探讨。 第四章探讨了知识管理和竞争情报的整合实现，提出了两者整合的原则、目标以及在流程、平台以及系统的整合模型，以及整合过程中应该注意的问题。 第五章以宝钢钢贸集团和广东电信研究院的知识情报数据库的实施为例来分析知识管理和竞争情报相整合的实例。 第六章是本论文的结尾部分，在这部分里得出了本文的结论，并且对本研究的不足进行了归纳和对进一步的研究进行了展望。
英文摘要：	As the management tool to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises ,Knowledge management and competitive intelligence play an increasingly important role in the knowledge economy environment. for competitive intelligence, that means not only opportunities but also challenges. Competitive intelligence focuses on the external environmental concerns, while knowledge management focuses on internal knowledge of the mining and knowledge innovation, the integration of both can integrate the information resources, form an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and implementation of knowledge innovation. Therefore, the competitive intelligence should adapt to the changing situation, with the knowledge management ideas、 tools and technology to re-integration of the system, to enhance the resilience of enterprise and innovation at the same time,and ultimately to improve their core competitiveness objectives. In the introduction part of this thesis, the research paper described the background、purpose、 significance、 research methods and innovation of this paper. Chapter one reviewes the knowledge management and competitive intelligence theory ， summarizes and explaines the link between knowledge management and competitive intelligence, and summarizes the current situation of the integration between knowledge management and competitive intelligence. The third chapter discusses the integration of knowledge management and competitive intelligence can improve the core competence , discusses Knowledge Management to the role of core competence and competitive intelligence to the role of core competence respectively . The fourth chapter discusses the molde of integration of knowledge management and competitive intelligence. Proposes the principles 、objectives、and the process、 platform and system integration model ，and in the integration process should pay attention to the problem. The fifth chapter takes the baogang steel Trade Group and Guangdong Telecom as examples, analyze the implementation of knowledge management and competitive intelligence integration. The sixth chapter draws the conclusion of this paper, lists the deficiencies of this study and prospects the further research.
