中文摘要：	近年来，随着零售业成为主导产业，零售企业规模不断扩大，在供应链中的话语权逐渐增大，供应链的力量发生转移，逐渐由供应商主导发展到零售商主导阶段，由少数的超大零售商主导整个供应链。而且随着我国零售业全面开放，外资零售企业也大量“抢滩登陆”。但是我国中小零售企业数约占90%以上，这些弱势零售企业面临了困境。一方面在零售终端面临着中外大型零售企业的竞争，另一方面应对上游供应商的“价格歧视”。中国流通行业也逐渐形成了包含几家中外大型零售企业的强势零售商、由90%以上国内中小零售企业组成的弱势零售商和上游供应商之间的三足博弈趋势，其中中小零售企业发展前景最为不利。 有鉴于此，本文结合国外零售业发展情况以及国内实际，提出采用自愿连锁模式协助中小企业解决这一发展困境。自愿连锁作为连锁经营的一种形态，主要通过“共同采购、共同配货、共同结算、共享信息、共存共荣”的协作经营组织形式，将独自发展艰难的中小零售企业组织起来，形成命运共同体，提高中小零售商规模化程度，降低采购和零售成本，增加竞争能力和抗风险能力，进而实现中小零售企业持续发展的目的。本文研究的主题是自愿连锁模式对零售商主导供应链绩效的影响。在充分运用博弈论相关理论的基础上，本文采用数理分析方法，对强势零售商、弱势零售商以及上游供应商三者之间的博弈关系进行深入全面的探讨和研究。并结合模型结论和数值仿真结果，得出有关三方在自愿连锁模式下的相关结论，最后就自愿连锁模式在中国情境下的发展问题，作者提出了相关的策略建议，以供参考。
英文摘要：	In recent years, with retail as the leading industry, the scale of retail enterprises is expanding fast. The retailer have more right to speak in the supply chain. The strength of the supply chain is transferred, and it developed from the supplier-led stage to the retailer-led stage. A small number of large retailers dominate the supply chain. Moreover, with the full liberalization of China's retail industry, foreign retailers are also large numbers of "landing on a beach". However, small and medium retail enterprises in China accounted for about 90% and these retailers face a dilemma. On the one hand they face the competition of the large-scale retail enterprises at the retail end, on the other hand they must response to the "price discrimination" from the upstream suppliers. China's distribution industry becomes the stage of three part game among the dominant retailers containing several Chinese and foreign large-scale retail enterprises, the weak retailers which is composed by the 90% domestic small and medium retail enterprises and the upstream suppliers. The development prospects of small and medium retail enterprises is the most disadvantaged. In view of this, this article combines the development of the foreign and domestic retail industry and applies a voluntary chain model to help SMEs solve the development dilemma. As a form of chain operation voluntary-chain organize the small and medium sized retail enterprises developing by themselves in the trouble to form a common destiny by the Organizational form of business collaboration of the “common procurement”, “common picking”, “common clearing”, “share information and coexistence”. It raises the level of small and medium scale retailers, reduces the procurement and retail costs, increases competitiveness and ability to resist risks and achieves the purpose of sustainable development. The subject of this study is about the retailer-led supply chain performance in the voluntary-chain model. In the basis of full use of game theory, this article applies the mathematical analysis method to make a comprehensive exploration and study on the three part game among the dominant retailer, the weak retailer and the supplier. Beside, the author combines the conclusion of model and the numerical simulation results and gets some relevant conclusion about the three parts in the voluntary-chain mode. At last the article raises some relevant policies as references about the development of voluntary-chain in china.
