| 中文摘要: | 持续技术创新是企业获得长期生存和发展的重要条件,然而如何实现持续技术创新是很多企业都面临的难题。技术创新实际上与经营模式之间存在紧密的关系:经营模式既可对技术创新形成约束与提供支持,也可对技术创新产生驱动或约束;技术创新也可对经营模式的很多方面产生影响。因此,企业要想实现持续技术创新,必须认清技术创新与经营模式的关系。 本研究首先围绕技术创新的定义、分类和过程进行文献回顾分析,在回顾技术创新演变理论的基础上简要分析技术创新对企业经营的潜在影响,在综述技术创新影响因素的相关研究的基础上简要归纳技术创新的约束与支持因素和驱动或约束因素。 由于现有研究对经营模式的构成要素架构认识不一致,本研究对有关经营模式构成要素的现有研究进行系统文献分析,在阐释经营模式具备竞争对抗性和经营模式构成要素的逻辑联系的基础上,确定借鉴企业间竞争对抗的层次性模型,以层次性的逻辑关系梳理经营模式构成要素之间的关系,将经营模式的构成要素分为盈利模式、产品与市场、价值链架构、资源与能力、组织基础和战略意图六个层面,重新归类每一层面的具体要素,构造出经营模式构成要素的一个层次架构。 在构建经营模式构成要素的层次架构后,本研究探讨经营模式对技术创新信息流的约束与支持。本研究借鉴任务相关的信息处理理论,分析技术创新的任务特征和环境因素与信息处理需要的关系,探讨经营模式构成要素的层次性架构中的内部的价值链架构、资源与能力和组织基础三个层面要素对技术创新相关的信息处理的约束与支持,进而以信息处理能力与信息处理需要相匹配的逻辑构建经营模式与技术创新相关的信息处理的匹配模型。 本研究进而结合经营模式构成要素的层次架构,探讨经营模式对技术创新资源的约束与支持。首先,结合技术创新环境的变化,探讨创新网络的构建对技术创新的约束与支持,阐释潜在创新合作伙伴对技术创新的资源贡献。然后借鉴ARC组织设计架构,探讨企业在技术创新合作中因受创新合作的任务特征和环境因素的影响而面临的潜在协调和激励问题,并结合这些协调和激励问题对有关组织间界面管理的研究进行系统文献分析,界定组织间界面管理的维度,探讨组织间界面管理的各维度与技术创新合作所包含的协调和激励问题的潜在关系,阐释组织间界面管理对技术创新合作的约束与支持。 本研究还结合经营模式构成要素的层次架构和技术创新的有关研究,分析经营模式的市场定位、价值网络、组织和战略意图等要素可能对技术创新产生的驱动,围绕资源刚性、结构与文化刚性、常规刚性、资源与能力范围和企业与合作伙伴的关系探讨技术创新可能受到经营模式的约束。 本研究最后结合经营模式构成要素的层次架构和技术创新的有关研究,探讨技术创新可能对经营模式产生的影响。首先分析技术创新对经营模式的产品与流程、资源与能力、价值网络等要素可能产生的破坏或增强,指出技术创新可能通过推动企业重新界定目标顾客、定义顾客价值或设计价值链架构而带来战略创新。然后,本研究界定经营模式的组织边界要素的维度,在对有关组织边界选择的影响因素的研究进行系统文献分析的基础上,系统地阐释技术创新的任务特征和环境因素可能会对组织边界选择产生的影响。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Sustainable technological innovation, a problem that many firms are confronted with, is an important condition for a firm to achieve long term survival and development. In fact, there are tight relationships between technological innovation and business mode. Business mode can not only support and restrict technological innovation, but also drive or restrict technological innovation. Technological innovation also may influence some aspects of business mode. So, it is important to know about the complex relationships between technological innovation and business mode for a firm to achieve sustainable technological innovation. First, this dissertation makes a review of studies about definitions, types, and process of technological innovation, briefly analyzes the potential influences technological innovation may exert on firm’s business based on reviewing theory of technological innovation’s evolvement, and briefly summaries restricting and supporting factors and driving or restricting factors of technological innovation based on making a review of technological innovation’s influencing factors related studies. Because there are disagreements about the frame of business mode’s components, this dissertation makes systematic reviews of studies in existence about business mode’s components, analyzes the competitive antagonism characteristic of business mode and logic relationships characteristic among business mode’s components, classifies relationships among business mode’s components according to hierarchy logic with using the hierarchy model of competitive antagonism among firms for reference, divides business mode’s components into six lays including payoff mode, product and market, value chain frame, resources and capabilities, organizational foundation, and strategic intent, reclassify every lay’s concrete components, and lastly build a hierarchy frame of business mode’s components. After building the hierarchy frame of business mode’s components, this dissertation discusses the restricting and supporting influences business mode may exert on technological innovation’s information flow. This dissertation uses theory of task related information processing for reference, analyzes the relationships between the task characteristics and environmental factors of technological innovation and requirement of information processing, discusses how three lays of business mode’s components including internal value chain frame, resources and capabilities, and organizational foundation restrict and support technological innovation related information processing, lastly builds a fit model between business mode and technological innovation related information processing with a fit logic between capability and requirement of information processing. This dissertation further discusses the restrictions and supports business mode may exert on technological innovation combining with hierarchy frame of business mode’s components. First, it discusses the restrictions and supports building of innovation network may exert on technological innovations combining with the changing of technological innovation environment, and explains what resource contributions potential cooperative innovation partners can devote to technological innovation. Then, it uses the frame of ARC organizational design for reference, discusses what potential coordination and incentive problems a firm will be confronted with in technological innovation cooperation because of falling under the influence of task characteristics and environmental factors of innovation cooperation, makes an systematic review of studies about inter-organizational interface management combining with these coordination and incentive problems, defines the dimensions of inter-organizational interface management, discusses the relationships among every dimension of inter-organizational interface management and potential coordination and incentive problems embodied in technological innovation cooperation, and explains what restrictions and supports inter-organizational interface management may exert on technological innovation cooperation. This dissertation also combines with the hierarchy frame of business model’s components and technological innovation related studies, discusses what driving influence of several components of business model including market orientation, value network, organizational factors, and strategic intent may exert on technological innovation, and analyzes what restrictions business mode may exert on technological innovation from aspects of resource rigidity, structural and cultural rigidity, routine rigidity, scope of resources and capabilities, the relationship between firm and its cooperative partners. Last, this dissertation discusses what influences technological innovation may exert on business mode combining with the hierarchy frame of business model’s components and technological innovation related studies. First, it analyzes the destroying or enhancing influences technological innovation may exert on business mode’s several components including product and process, resources and capabilities, and value network, and points out that technological innovation may lead to strategic innovation by driving firms to redefine target customers, redefine customer values, or redesign value chain frame. Then, it defines the dimensions of organizational boundary component of business mode, and systematically explains how task characteristics and environmental factors of technological innovation may influence the choice of organizational boundary based on making a systematic review of studies about the influential factors of organizational boundary’s choice. | |
